The hotel is far from the Center of caserta. I arrived at the room it was a room that was Not cleaned. The manager said they made a mistake . They gave me another room I expect a compensation ... I will never stay there again . The hotel feels like a government building Empty halls ...

Th hotel is a reasonable value. Nice rooms

You have to shower in the bathtub. The hotel looks tired, unloved. Ice machine on every floor.... not on my floor, just a dark nook where it once stood. One lift out of order. Restaurant looks more like a staff canteen, food fits that scenario. Food prices would suggest a better level of gastronomy.

The hotel is huge. Parking underground for vehicles up to 2m! Staff was reasonably friendly & spoke English well.

Difficult to find without GPS. Part of the complex in which the hotel is located is in ruin, with collapsed roof, but this is frequent in southern Italy.

Very nice hotel, much better than expected. Spacious room, high standard. Abundant breakfast buffet. We had an excellent price.

Terrible Wifi.....I've never experienced such a slow speed of Wifi in 3 or 4 stars hotel. Definetely it must improve.

Free parking, friendly staffs, beautiful view toword lobby, enough space in room, good facilities...almost everything without one thing

Breakfast was good, but could be better (more hot dishes would be nice). Check-in was taking longer than expected (the only employee at the reception was busy with a larger group of guests).

Very good price/quality ratio. Big underground parking for free. Great spacious room with a corner with armchairs and a table. Teapot, tea in the room. Located in a nice district, but if you want to visit the Royal palace of Caserta, it's better to go by car (or use public transport).

Very comfortable and big rooms with really comfortable beds. Staff were always courteous and polite which is a rare trait in Italy.

Parking Garage looks not secure, only underground. However, it is free parking and enough space.

If you have car, it is good choice. Near Royal Palace is not comparable with this hotel.

The room key needed for the elevator and then not giving us extra room keys even though we were with 4 people. The eggs at breakfast were absolutely atrocious. And the rules in the pool were very strange. No fun allowed? Is this a pool or a library?

Clean and comfortable and in the location we needed it to be. Good parking capabilities. The staff was amazingly helpful which was the best part.

The staff at the reception not so kind (on the contrary the staff at the breakfast was very friendly), and the general atmosphere in the corridors looks like the one in "Shining" movie...

The breakfast didn't taste well. Using caps in the outside swimming pool is a joke... You get wet cap that other people were using before you.. disgusting. The worst thing is the location of the hotel. Close to anything. There's too many hotels in better location and better quality at the same price. I would not recommend.

This is a large hotel catering to conferences so is a little souless, but it is what it is, so if you want somewhere easy to stay with a few extra facilities then it is fine. We had a problem with the room when we first arrived and it took a bit to get the staff to come and fix, but again, I think this is because it's a big hotel. It's not far to Caserta's main station and shopping area, but not walking distance, so definitely need a car.

it was clean, easy to park, had a restaurant on site, spacious room, great pool, gym available.

The stuffy corridors, the not very warmed welcome from the reception, the dirty and dark car park, doesn't make you feel safe.

The premises, the executive suite we stayed with two bathrooms and the extra large bed which sleeps three children.

Sometimes only one staff person at front desk with somewhat long lines, so had to wait to for assistance. The pool had a LOT of chlorine in it. Hotel is somewhat removed from the city center in Caserta.

We spent two nights here whilst in town for my daugther's orchestra concert. The rooms were very clean and a great value for the money. Also, rooms were quiet spacious. Our rate included breakfast, which was decent. The chocolate croissants are excellent! Hotel had large pool on site.
