Parking. They have some parking across the road but you can't reserve it and street parking was over full. They sent us elsewhere at twice the price to a lot where the attendant parked yr car because cars were jammed in. It took moving about 6 other cars and 20 mins to retrieve our car when we left. Driving in the busy narrow streets with many cars and motorcycles is tricky. Service in the hotel was patchy. The reception was very good, in the bar service was poor, it seemed they had a hierarchy of jobs, ie one seats you but someone else takes the order and another serves it . It was not customer focused. Coffee at breakfast was awful. We used the nespresso machine in our room.

Not necessarily a negative comment though visitors beware. The rooftop restaurant/lounge is quite beautiful and boasts impressive views, as such it's much sought after, so do note you'll need to make reservations, especially if you'd like a table outside during the higher trafficked evening hours.

Loved the location of the property. It's in the center though a short walk away from the core of bustling activities. I liked that the area was quiet though very much easily accessible to town. It's roughly a short 8-10 min walk. We also never had trouble finding a parking spot for our rental which was a welcomed bonus. Lastly, found the staff to be quite helpful and accommodating; plus the rooftop restaurant/lounge had stunning views of the surrounding mountains - loved it.

We expected more help from the front desk when looking for nice local restaurants or asking for reservations. We have been in other large cities in Europe in 4-star hotels where this service is offered.

The hotel location is very good. From there, we visited all different parts of Palermo by foot. Everything is at walking distance. The oldest quarters and the newer nicer places around via della libeta. Our room was large and comfortable. There were no disturbances from other hotel's guests. Except for the italian occasionally loud way of living, the place is quiet. Conveniently close to the bus stops to go to or come from the airport.

Beautiful property. The location is great, upscale shopping area, very safe neighborhood. We loved the rooftop restaurant and bar, gorgeous views. There are two elevators and parking available for 15 E a day.

Quite a few things, a noisy A/C, a shower that made huge puddles on the floor every time we used it, overcharging for wine at a tour dinner, being locked out of our room, not having a sign to say there would be no laundry services on Saturday where the notice in the room said there was. The staff attitude to these issues ware unhelpful and seeming not to care. Some of the issues were resolved but not the shower. The price of laundry was also very high. The young woman who checked us in around 8pm the evening we arrived was the one exception, she was delightful.

I am not happy with the hotel I booked. First of all I asked for a taxi to be booked by the hotel. The hotel replied and said I can get a taxi from arrivals and it would only be 50 euros. Because the hotel did not book the taxi for me I was charged 65 euros. The lady with the glasses at the reception desk was kind and welcoming, this was the only good thing about the hotel. At first glance the hotel seemed nice but the bedding was dirty with questionable marks on the sheets. There were dead bugs on the bedding and on the sofa and in the fridge, we therefore did not take anything from the fridge. Inside the drawers were dirty. We felt dirty and itchy staying there but after paying this we had no choice. The least I would expect for paying € 1,538.53 plus 16 euros city tax would be for it to be clean. This was a birthday present for my mum and it was not at all up to her standards or mine. This was not at all worth € 1,538.53 plus 16 euros city tax and had I known we would never have stayed. My mum asked to have coffees in the upstairs bar/restaurant. She was told by an obnoxious woman “this is a restaurant” who then laughed with her colleagues. I then asked the receptionist if we were allowed to just have coffee in the restaurant and he said “yes of course”. I am completely disgusted with the way my mum was spoken to. Furthermore the Wi-Fi did not work and I have had to use all the data on my phone and pay for more. I wish I had never stayed at this hotel and we could not wait to leave.

The hotel is fantastic this was my second visit this year and I will most definitely be back again, Marco M from the reception is a credit to the hotel the way he treated me and my family was incredible he went above and beyond his duties to help us, We wanted to book football tickets he helped us immensely, Gave us advise and tips on things to do during our trip, Also Sylvia on reception was fantastic too great staff they make the hotel.
