The shower would spill water everywhere, it was annoying. They took a whole day to replace a kettle that did not work.

The room was facing the river, had a beautiful view. The place has a nice feel. The hidden little room with a single bed was a surprise. The location is so close to the bridge, shopping, restuarants. The staff were friendly and helpful, they let us leave our luggage for a couple of days after we checked out as we had to go to Pisa and come back to Florence. The terrace had a view of whole city.

One member of staff was particularly unhelpful (repeatedly) at breakfast. To the extent that on day 3 we stopped going there, as she was so unwelcoming. The other breakfast staff were wonderful.

Loved the 2 storey family rooms which were very practically set out. Location is fantastic, walking distance to all the major attractions. Rooftop bar has amazing views and a very relaxed vibe around the pool for sunset drinks. Breakfast had good quality, varied options. Staff were mostly very helpful. We would absolutely return.

The rooftop view over Florence was a highlight. The pool is small, but perfect for cooling off in the afternoon and didn’t feel over crowded which was nice. Short walk from main attractions and great restaurants/cafes.

The only staff who were friendly were the cleaners, the concierge and the breakfast staff. Receptionists and bartenders were not friendly at all. And the food and drink prices in the bars were extortionate

The shower was a little small and the water pressure was odd. Not enough room to shave legs for example and no way to keep the floor dry. Our balcony was nice, but the folks from the roof bar were looking down on us and that was not welcome. We also had two twin beds instead of one big bed which was odd.

The view was amazing and the room amenities were very nice. Room was comfortable and the staff were lovely and nice. We had a high floor and everything was clean and well maintained. We even made it to the roof top bar, which was lovely.

Everything was perfect. The location along the Arno made it easy to reach everything. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable (with a view of Santa Croce and the Duomo). The rooftop bar had the best views I've ever experienced at a bar in Florence (and I've lived in Florence). Lastly, we were traveling with 2 small dogs and the hotel was friendly and accommodating to them.

This property is stunning. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, the rooftop terrace made for wonderful evenings, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The nights I spent here were the most restful and peaceful nights I had throughout my time in Florence.
