In the first night AC in our room was not worked, so it was so hot and there was a lot of mosquitoes. In second night was better.

Place is nice, not far from the center, so it’s walking distance. Personal is nice, towels are free, terrace is great in the evening.

It seems to host a lot of kids on school trips, so actually it’s very loud and a lot of noise. No backpacker/ travel atmosphere. Not easy to meet other people. Just somewhere to sleep.

It’s a big hostel with private and dorm rooms. Rooms are modern and very clean. Located on a quiet street, there is a cafe for breakfast.

no kitchen, there were parties in the garden till 11pm and it was very loud, also for a hostel it was expensive

The bathroom was designed for people with disabilities and there was no shower cabin; so you practically couldn't shower without leaving a mess afterwards.

Convenient location, clean, decent facilities. It's the second time we stayed @Plus Florence but the triple room we were given didn't meet our expectations.

They need to add some shelves in their bathrooms and shower cabins cause there was no place to put toiletries, cosmetics and clothes.

Good location, near the train station and city center. Great personal, very friendly and helpful. Nice view from the window, we caught a beautiful sunrise once. The room was not big but comfy and clean (cleaning service every day).

We were in a room along the main road and it was noisy with vehicles driving by. Perhaps see if you can request a different room if this will bother you.

The rooftop patio was beautiful! Such a nice perk! You can see the duomo from the top and they keep it really clean. Staff were really kind. A good place to stay if you aren’t looking for anything glamorous, but something that does the trick. Good distance from train and duomo area.

The access to the balcony is a bit dubious (as if it were an exit for puppies). quite poor breakfast, without many options. A place for young people, quite noisy. There were only 2 sockets in the whole room

It can be a little loud at night, you can hear some noise from the street. It would be helpful to have power outlets close to the headboard, and more, in general. During the weekend the place was very busy, and most people around were really young (they looked like teenagers mostly), so mind that if you'd prefer to be around older crowds. Since it was a short stay it wasn't such a big deal though.

The room was nice, quite comfortable with all the aminities and towels. Breakfast was good. There is a rooftop with a nice view to the city.

Some excitable kids using the roof terrace but one call to reception is enough to stop the noise, 11.30 is a quiet time at the location.

Fantastic location. Private rooms are super clean and freshly decorated, beds are comfy. Breakfast is until 11 so you can grab a few bits and sit outside then go for a later lunch.

The room was big and comfortable for a family 2+2; the bathroom was also very clean and big for a hostel, the beds were very comfortable and the place is good value for money ! It is 15-20 minutes walk from the main attractions in Florence and also to the train station. We recommend it !

Missing a fridge in the private room. A bit noise from the bar outside in the street. And very noisy from the cleaning ladies early in the mornings when you try to sleep.

Very easy check in and we got to check in early. They hade pingpong table and pool. Very nice actually.
