Slightly loose door-lock handle on inside (simply needs securing)

I liked everything about it. Really well located, the facilities were fantastic and the space was just perfect.

Calm, clean, nice, not far from center. The door lock is not so complexe !

I can't believe the offered coffee is Italian ! May be you can add a toaster and a coat hook in the bathroom. Short duration parking and city toll is very complexe.

Excellent location, size of the room is nice and good air conditioning. Bed is ok. Location is great, near to the Metro.

Small details could improve: there was no kitchen towels, no spare toilet paper, no information on how to separate the trash (requested by the host). Maybe some small tourist info would be welcome too. Noisy upstairs neighbors.

The property was perfect for our short stay in Milan. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and the place was spotless. There were plenty restaurants in the neighbourhood and a metro stop close by.

Comfortable bed, everything clean, and the contact person (Caroline) was attentive and responded immediately.

The worst part was the noise… you can hear everything: neighbors, the toilet flush, footsteps, chairs. From 10 PM until 8:30 AM when we checked out, I slept the whole time with interruptions, despite using earplugs.

The offer stated that parking would cost 20 euros, but we ended up paying 30 euros. City tax, the representative of the apartments (Carolina) sent a link where I went and entered my card details, and they charged me 26 euros. Exactly a month later, they charged 26 euros from my account again. I informed the representative of the apartments, she said she would look into it, but unfortunately, apart from words, no actions took place and I did not see a refund. I reminded the representative about this problem several times. I also contacted my bank, wrote a statement about the unauthorized withdrawal of funds, I had to block the card and reissue a new one, these were the bank's conditions.

Pros of the apartment: high ceilings, bright lighting, excellent water pressure in the shower, location. In principle, there is everything you need to stay for 2-3 days. It's good that this is not a ground floor and there is an elevator. wifi is fast. The apartment manager is apparently an artificial intelligence. She has a pretty face on her avatar, and a pleasant voice which can leave a voice message in melodious Italian. However, it is, of course, impossible to see her in person. However, there is no need for this, since everyone can read her instructions in the messenger.

Noticed disadvantages: the blanket was stained from previous users, there are no hooks for towels near the sink. These are minor things. But the big minus is the noise from the neighbors. Conversations, TV, the tramp of feet on the stairs and a terrible rumble at 3-4 a.m. in the morning (apparently in the garbage compartment) downstairs, which makes you wake up.

Convenient & safe location. 5 mins to Metro. Eateries and minimart next door. Very clean. Clear direction to venue and instruction for checking in.

TV no English channel. No Utube channel. No international adaptor for handphone charger.

Though we didn't meet the owner directly but the communication through WhatsApp is very effective and fast response. We got clean sheets and towels, the room is a studio-sized and very convenient for two guests.

Great location - close to metro and easy walk to Navigli. Lots of great restaurants in Port Romana - would recommend pizza am!

Good location, 5 minutes to the metro, 3 metro stations away from the Duomo. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, you have restaurants near, a Lidl a metro station away Clean, new furniture and appliances. It shows that it's a new place in the renting market.

If you are a light sleeper you might have some issues. Especially at night, you will think that the walls seem to be made of paper. You can hear each neighbour when they flush the toilet, when they watch tv or speak on the telephone.

Newly furnished, bright and clean apartment. Although located on the main street, close to cafes, it faces the courtyard and is therefore very quiet.

Sometimes there was sound of watter from pipes, nothing important, just it surprised us at first.
