No tea or coffee or water in the rooms when we arrived, no Air Con just fans which are ok but tend just to spread the warm air around the room. Be aware the signage for the Hotel is so small, my Google maps is telling me you have reached your destination, it then took another 5 minutes of walking up and down the street to find it, I was about to call the hotel when I saw the tiny sign on the wall.

Location was brilliant right in the hart of Rome with in walking distance of a lot of the big attractions, 5 minute walk to the train station. Rooms were ok and comfortable but very good value your money.

The fan in the room was very noisy and made a horrible loud sound when turned on. There was aircon that sat in a window arch which did no circulate the air very well, hence the requirement of the fan. The single beds were lounges so they were quite firm. All the pillows are also just slabs of foam and are very uncomfortable to sleep on. No breakfast facilities available.

The suite we booked was a good sized room for 5 people. Only had 1 bathroom but there is a toilet in the lobby which was very helpful.

Very close to Rome central train station. It was a good price as I was arriving late and leaving early. There is a lift which was a great bonus after a long journey and I was greeted with warmth and care at reception. Very clean and tidy

I had to attend a lesson at local midnight (but lesson from another country) and they didn’t have any common area open to let me sit and take the class (even though they had an amazing living room they were closing at night which makes no sense). So I ended up outside, having my lesson on the stairs of the street.

Little bit dated

It was very central right beside Rome termini and the metro. The air con was amazing. Just what we needed to cool down after 35 degree heat and humidity

The room was quite cramped, the design felt outdated and not very inviting, and the internet connection was poor. It might be okay for a short stay, but I expected a bit more for the price.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is in a great location, and it was comfortable overall. Perfect for short stays – I had a pleasant experience and would recommend it!

Personally i think the beds and pillows couldve been more comfortable. It didnt reach my expectations. But if you are a heavy sleeper and dont care about that, it was fine. Just not me. Also the bedroom neither the bathroom had any air circulation, so we had to open the window and after that, the grills, for fresh air to enter. The walls i think were very thin, as you could hear the fridge working from the next room, let alone other things. But the worst thing i would say was the WiFi connection. It was terrible. But if you have data roaming and dont care about that, then i guess its ok.

The location was very good. Very close to main attractions only 10-30 min walks. The staff was friendly even though their english was not perfect, they tried their best and it matters. The room had a vintage feel which was nice.

The room does not look like the pictures. It’s tiny and old. We stayed in March. The water in the shower was barely warm. The staff was very friendly and nice. Perfect location also.

A door hanger "do not disturb" would be very handy since the cleaning people were knocking our door every day, often when we were still asleep.

Thin walls and very limited services but it is such an exceptional value for money that you cannot really complain.

The location is great. The very Italian Classical style, makes the experience.
