Great location, easy walk but away from the crowds. If it wasn't for the shower this would be perfect. Loved the parking ultra convenient.

    Overall, the stay was excellent.

The facilities are all very new and clean. Nice, friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was relatively simple, but local ham and cheese tasted great! It is 20 minute walk from the station, but once you know how to get around, it's easy.

I thought I would be staying in an old charming updated hotel as the facade led me to believe but the room I stayed in was in an adjacent building that was like an updated Motel 6. Was looking for the charm but was happy with the comfort of the room regardless.

Not than we didn't like it, but for someone with different interests than we have, the location away from the center of Bolzano might be less favorable. Also, the metal shades in one of the room windows couldn't be shifted.

For us, the location was great, with a beautiful baroque monastery church across the way and a fine Gothic side altar in the Gries parish church.

Some of the staff were friendly but others were quite the opposite. The attitude of the latter with German speaker guests seemed to be much more amiable. In my opinion, the restaurant offers medium rather than high quality food, which differs from what some tourist guides and guests suggest.

The room was sunny and comfortable. Everything was clean and quite new. The balcony was a plus. The surroundings of the hotel are nice with trails to walk around the area. The hotel is a 20 minutes walk from the center of Bolzano but there are nearby places where one can have a fine dinner. The breakfast is good.

Hotel is situated in quiet and nice neighbourhood , it's on walking distance from city centre where you can find shops, restaurants etc. Clean , newly renovated and cozy rooms...early morning breakfast... There is large garage in the Hotel basement for storing over a twenty motorcycles if needed , our motorcycle was also sleeping safely :)

Wifi was terrible - but then the owner found out that the repeater on my floor was broken and replaced it. It was much better then. The underground car park is a long way from the hotel, and the way there and back is very complicated, involving a credit-card type gate and barrier opener (through one of which you have to reach from behind the closed gate as the card reader is on the outside!) It is indispensable to unload your car before parking as afterwards will be next to impossible. Finally, the Altstadt (historic centre) is a good 20 minutes' walk away - very pleasant on a warm evening, but too far if it was cold or raining. The bells from the abbey opposite ring deafeningly at 8 a.m. on a Sunday morning. You may like that :)

Clean room and modern bathroom. Good breakfast of the German type.

Staff was rude and not the least bit helpful. The building design requires you to schlep your things a fair distance. Also it is not centrally located. The hotel is a good mile from the center of town. And they chanted $18 E for a continental breakfast per day. Way to overpriced for when you are provided. Not even free coffee or tea

    I have no complaints whatsoever.

Bolzano (Bolzen) is a nice little town, with a warm heart, the hotel was adequate and we loved the scenery, with some monastery against a backdrop of the Alps. The city center is just a little walk from the hotel and parking at the hotel was a breeze, and we loved the waitress with the red curly hair that brought us our drinks while we listened to the townspeople telling tales in some mixed Italian/German mishmash of a language i sometimes couldn't make heads or tails of.

The restaurant has one a-la-carte menù and 2 fixed menù at a more convenient price, but I would suggest to dine outside, in order to better appreciate the local and typical restaurants, considering the low-medium quality of the dishes. It is definitely better as hotel than as restaurant.
