There wasn’t anything to dislike

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning!! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms spacious. All the staff were very polite and helpful, reception staff provided us with local bus/train times. The shuttle service was brilliant 🤩 and the driver was very experienced and kind. It was my daughters 18th b’day whilst we were there and the staff went the extra mile providing her with a cake and singing Happy B’day to her at breakfast. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday! Sorrento is a beautiful place and well worth a visit!

small showers but this is typical of all of Italy and Europe and the showers here were larger than this of our other hotel stays

The rooms were very clean and had plenty of closet space. The location just outside downtown Sorrento turned out to be much better for us as we toured neighouring areas that we wouldn't have otherwise. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to provide transportation and travel suggestions.

The journey from sorrento does take a good twenty minutes and it is a twisty dangerous road that the locals drive on like crazy people but it is still worth it

This property is around 8 miles from the centre of sorrento and sits high above it. The property is clean and tidy and the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The views are outstanding and there are great photographs to be had. The road outside is busy but we didn’t hear the traffic at night so it doesn’t impact your stay

1. The bed could be more comfortable (too hard for me) or at least there should be some pillow menu. 2. Breakfast buffet was the same each day. Only the sweet options were changing (and they were the best). There were plastic cups for soft drinks - first thing to change in 4* star hotel! 3. Prices in the restaurant menu are without tax (there is difference in the price on the menu and at your final reciept). In US you would expect that but not in Europe - and I was in most European countries.

1. The location is great with amazing views, hotel transfer to and from Sorrento is very convenient (it takes about 30 min). 2. Very good staff everywhere in the hotel. 3. There is really nice restaurant here - superb food and it’s inexpensive.

Excellent: great breakfast, spectacular location with views of both sides of peninsula, very friendly staff and convenient shuttle. It is a ways away from Sorrento, but the views from the room make it worth it. The shuttle makes you organise yourself but is very reliable. Sorry we only stayed one night, as there is much to look at in the vicinity. Great value for what we paid!

It was farther away from sorrento than we realized, A taxi was hard to get and expensive. There is a very good shirt service, which is great if you don’t have things booked between the times offered.

The road next to the pool is noisey but that’s it.

The location is stunning and the staff could not have been more helpful. Their English was superb and they couldn’t do enough to help us. A totally wonderful lot of people.

The breakfast was nice but a simple selection.

We spent four nights at this hotel and I would highly recommend. The views were amazing, rooms were great, lovely terrace and bar to enjoy a drink. The staff were really great - friendly and attentive. The parking was private and lots of space. Although not based in Sorrento the free shuttle was super convenient and well organised. The hotel is located on a bus route but we did not use this. We had no issues with traffic noise in the evenings.

Everything - wish we could have stayed for more than one night. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast. Evening meal was good. Drinks at reasonable prices. Might not be to everyone's taste but we really liked the décor in the corridors and room.. Great garden areas.

Wish there were a few places to walk to. Softer beds. We prefer more towels, washcloths, etc (pool towels).

Beautiful setting! Amazing staff - everyone - especially Gilda, Oleana, and Stefano we’re all so nice & helpful. Shuttle service was great & a must! The breakfast was lovely! Your transfer services and tours we booked through you were wonderful, just great - Amalfi Coast trip was our favorite.

The staff absolutely make your stay at this wonderful hotel. Every single person is friendly and helpful, and genuinely wants to engage with you as the guest. The location is beautiful with amazing views. Facilities are amazing with a lovely pool, poolside bar, restaurant, great breakfast and a regular shuttle to and from Sorrento.
