The walk in had me doubting the booking for a moment, but once we got upstairs and into the Boutique hotel, every doubt cleared. The bathroom shower looked like it was used as we enetered but in general it was very very clean.

Location was amazing, located right in the centre looking over Prada and duomo. Room atmosphere, and decoration was superd. Finding parking wasn't easy but many parking lots available nearby. Water fountains available throughout the property! loved it. Surly a rebook!

We booked the room with extrnal bathroom which turned out to be at the opposite side of the floor plan compared to the room. It could get quite noisy at night due to the very central location I tried to call the B&B 7 times on the day of my arrival and it resulted "non available"

Bathroom down the hallway and only has a sensor light in it, which goes off when your in the shower leaving you completely in the dark!! Not ideal at all and dangerous.

Nothing, except we booked the room with the external bathroom which we wouldn’t choose again just as we felt we were being noisy to others when walking to and from and using the facility during the night and early morning. This was down to our choice of room however and the bathroom was still super lovely and clean.

Amazing location!! Right in the heart of Florence. The check in was easy and owner/ staff was super nice and even gave us recommendations for food & attractions. And the hotel room was clean and spacious.

The shower is minuscule. The level of noise is very high, you won’t be able to sleep unless you have earplugs. The bed is not very comfortable, it is an old mattress. No breakfast included…which for the price it is not really worth it.

Water pressure coming out of the shower was very weak. Coffee machine kept leaking water from the table even though not being used.

The kettle was not washed. There was no cup or cutlery. The fridge was too small for my purchases. My bath towel was not replaced. The street is very noisy, even with the window closed. My room neighbors slammed their door too often.

The hotel is very well located near the historic district, which allows you to be flexible in all your journeys. It is in a secured monumental building on the second floor. The room is modern and air-conditioned.

The internet connection is unstable which could be annoying. The bathroom light and ventilation is controlled by a sensor which turns off after some good minutes which is very annoying if you use the bathroom during the night.

A spacious room located 50 m away from Piazza del Duomo and any other Florence’s attractions and 10 min walk from the train station. It is the perfect place to stay during your visit.

The best location when in Florence, B&B Prestigia in via Roma ! Right in the middle of Forences old city! We had the best time staying in Andreas"s Prestigias room. Highly recommended. because it was so near to the majot attractions, you can always go back to your room for a rest, after visiting the sites or after shopping :-) The bed was comfy and the room was clean! There was a coffee machine inside the room so you can have fresh Espresso every morning. Andrea was very friendly and accomodating and was very generous with our every requests! Price relation to the location was very reasonable, compared to other hotels near the area!

Some of the mobile was a bit too worn-out and not prestigious (as the name of the B&B would let you think), the shower could have sparkled a bit more, I found some residues in the drain. Given the price (which to me should not only represent high season but also a higher standard) it was less quality than expected. It was okay, but for the price not enough. Coffee on the room was a nice goodie, but the capsules were not filled up on the second day. If arriving by car in center of Florence one should consider that a parking place is needed. The B&B recommended a nearby parking at a cost of 25 per day, which has to be added to the price.

Located in the center of Florence, this B&B could be first choice for first time visitors to Florence who want to visit the "must sees". The room was big and we had a nice view on a piazza nearby. Cleanliness was generally good. The welcome was warm and the staff very nice to let us in an hour before.
