    I loved everything.

I loved the location to the beach and the quick walk to the train station. It was perfect for my family and I to enjoy a wonderful holiday exploring the area and relaxing on the beach.

Primavera hotel has an excellent location just 5 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from the train station. We have travelled very easily from Levanto train station to Cinque terre, Portofino, Santa margarita ligure and enjoyed the proximity of hotel to the train station very much. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned nicely every day, the breakfast was very good with various fruits, different types of cheese and ham and delicious croissants and dolce. The hotel has a cosy terrace where you could have a breakfast. The room was nice, the only disadvantage was that the third bed was placed just very close to the door. The balcony was overlooking a beautiful street which was quite noisy but all Levanto was noisy at night and if you want to live in the center it's worth it. We enjoyed our stay at Primavera hotel and would stay there again while visitng Levanto with a great pleasure!!!!

Have really no complaints. Everything was super.

Very nice hotel, minutes away from the beach. Clean and comfortable room with a very spacious balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place.

Even though the breakfast is nice, the coffee machine dosent serve nice coffee, which is a crime in Italy ;-) And it's true that the shower is minimum size...

In the heart of the calm little town of Levanto, it's ideally located. The beds are very comfortable. There are a few large free nice public beaches which is quite rare on the ligurian coast of Italy.

My room's balcony is in front of an empty old house,I can't see the sea.But I don't know does other rooms can see it or not.

If you live there, you can take boat at 10:00 in the morning to the cinque terre. Also, the train from Levanto to cinque terre to La Spezia is very convenient that the whole trip around 30 minutes. The hotel room is very comfortable and quiet to sleep when you are tired during the day.

The bed was a bit hard and the shower a bit small but this seems to be common throughout European hotels.

The staff treat you like family. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast had a good selection of choices. Staff went out of their way to help you. Always ready for a chat.

Room was quite small and basic, though clean and sympathetic. Not too much storage space for clothes.

Receptionist was very friendly and explaining all the activities in Levanto and Cinque Terre. Breakfast was nice with gluten free options. Great place for a base camp for exploring Cinque Terre.

The biggest negative thing in this hotel is the quality of the bed. The double bed was made out of 2 single bed, and the mattress was also pretty uncomfortable, but we could deal with it. No refrigerator in the room. Poor wi-fi connection.

If you're coming to visit Cinque Terre by car, probably one of the best places to stay, because the hotel offers private parking lot (10€/day). The train station is around 10 minutes away by walk, from where the trains are going usually in every 30 minutes. The sandy beach is at the end of the street. At our arrival a nice, friendly receptionist greeted us, told a lot us useful things how and what to do in the are, she even helped the luggages bringing in from the car into the room. Good breakfast, air conditioning, generally nice, friendly staff.

    Not much

It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station, the Cinque Terre pass day pass you can get for the trains/trail works from Levanto, the 5 towns, and La Spezia, so this location is easily accessible. It's very close to the beach and food. Breakfast had some hot foods like bacon and eggs.

Wifi was very unreliable - even in the public areas. Very disappointing. Tiny bathroom with nowhere to put personal items. No way to control air conditioning despite set of controls - could not change temperature or fan setting.

Staff were helpful and very friendly. Free bikes for loan was great in this location. Good breakfast buffet selection including some hot food - eggs and prosciutto. Lots of choice. Although parking cost E10 per day, it was nevertheless close and secure.

Towels smelled horribly like mustard! They blamed it on outside laundry service but they should have been able to detect the rank smell... Not even a room fan! They said a/c could not be turned on so there was no fan ventilation either. Terrible. I needed air flow and had to leave sliding door to balcony open which made the room very noisy. Bells rang all night long!
