We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenOn the invoice they surprise you with a ”voluntary staff contribution” for each day you stay. It would be correct to re-name it, because its not voluntary. The beautiful Principe bar is opened only limited time from 18:00. The breakfast is very nice, but it's maybe not so luxurious as you may excpect from a 5star hotel. Would be nice to have coffee and tea set in the room.
It's a beautiful hotel, old style but not old fashioned. Very professional and friendly staff. The concierge provided us a long list of recommended restaurants and did also bookngs for us. It's about 20-25 minutes to walk to Duomo, but there is also a shuttle from the hotel. Deluxe room was very nice and clean.

AlbaniaI was charged for "Voluntary Staff contribution" which I was not aware neither when I book the hotel nor i did check in. They charged us 55 euro/night under this tax, Staff was very polite and I have nothing against them. But charging that way is not fair from the managment.

Hotel Principe Di Savoia is stylish, comfortable & peaceful. It is close enough to the centre but quiet. I had a very restful time there. There is a fabulous in door pool & spa. The staff are extremely polite & helpful. I ended up staying 2 nights instead of one. Would definitely revisit.
