The walls & floors are too thin that I could hear other guests moving chairs or talking or even simply plugging in the sockets and closing their doors. Disturbing my sleeps ... too noisy

Walking distance to lovely restaurants, cafes and the main shopping district (if thats the sort of things you like to do)

Location is a bit far from the highlights of Palermo And sadly there is no terrace or inner garden

It was quiet and the staff were really helpful and nice.

Breakfast was good and plenty of choice provided you arrived when the staff were actually refilling the buffet!! Lots of fresh fruit but curiously it was invariably under-ripe and therefore tasteless- odd for a country where peaches and melons are a staple.

Modern hotel with some period features- somewhat tucked away. We found it difficult to find by car due to the one-way streets. It's about 10 minutes on foot to the centre. Area is residential and there is a up market shopping street nearby.

The location is inside a resident neighborhood, which you need to walk minimum 10 minutes to start reaching to any attraction or main square. the room was so tight and the floors were not cleaned. there is no flexibility from management in case you suddenly needed to change anything in your reservation. so you need to be sure how much you need to stay exactly.

I can't say that I enjoyed staying there, but it's below average in general. The reception ladies were cooperative and helpful.

The breakfast - staff were rarely around so asking for a coffee was a task. The quality of the breakfast items were poor - didn't match the quality of the hotel or the quality of food produced in Sicily. Stale and over processed bread and pastries. Very little fresh fruit.

Loved the modern clean look of the hotel, the warm welcome when you arrived at reception. The rooms and bathroom were modern and spacious. Lovely contemporary art of the walls of the lobby and hallways.

The only downside was that the maid service would turn our air-conditioning off every time we left the hotel and they would lean our rooms which meant that we would return to our rooms after a long day of exploring the city in the extremely hot weather to a very hot and muggy room, and it would take at least 30 mins to get the room cool again.

This is an excellent hotel in the new part of the city. Although the hotel was a 10 min walk from the old part of the city where all the action is, we felt the location was perfect for us. The staffs were amazing, friendly and spoke perfect English. They also gave us great recommendations of local restaurants to eat amazing local cuisine, and places to visit. Their breakfast was good, offering a large variety of food, something for everyone, and their Wi-Fi was also quite good, allowing us the opportunity to research Palermo on our tables and phones.

The staff was very professional and ready to satisfy any of my needs as business traveler, and on top of this they offer an impeccable concierge service. To me the parking was a plus for choosing this hotel. I recommend this hotel for business and short stays in Palermo. It is located near the city centre.

The size of the room was small with no view and noisy. The elevator was not recommended to use. The drive to get there was challenging. No restaurant for dinner.

There was a garage to park the car for an additional charge. It was in walking distance to the port, Four Corners and beautiful churches. Courteous staff and very helpful.

Both internal and external noise were a problem We had asked for a quiet room and/or one at the back but were given one over the front entrance where returning guests were noisy in the early hours. This suggests either carelessness or disregard of customer requests.
