The property is on a main shopping street, which is extremely noisy overnight. We would hear people and cars until 4-5am.

Property was big and clean. Good working aircon. Breakfast was included and was a good breakfast spread. Staff were helpful. We were able to check in a few hours before check in which was excellent, and on our day of check out, they were happy to store our luggage and allowed us to sit in the reception area to charge phones etc before going to the airport.

Great location with easy access to everything. Spacious and comfortable room, which despite being on a busy road was quiet. Breakfast, served in a gorgeous dining room had plenty of variety and was tasty.

hate when hotels don't offer free water each day

the hotel is in the hottest location as far as entertainment, you can't go wrong everything is just downstairs. The staff were lovely.

Great location in the middle of Via Toledo with easy access to transportation, restaurant, bars, sightseeing and much more. The Hotel is not your typical cookie cutter hotel, has a lot of character, definitely a southern Italian experience as the Hotel is inside this older buiding. The staff that we dealt with Francesca at the front desk was super! Kind, patient, extremely helpful and always with a smile. The only thing was the fridge, wasn’t really cool, we only stayed one night so we didn’t complaint about it. Would stay here again.

Despite the beautiful building, sadly I suspect the current management may be cutting too many corners to save money. Plastic table cloths, no bottled water in the bedroom, photocopied signs directing you to the breakfast room; it wouldn’t spoil your stay, but it feels like it could be the start of a slippery slope towards 2* which would be a shame. However, for now, it is still an absolute gem.

A lovely old building set around a courtyard in a central location. High ceilings, large rooms and a magnificent breakfast room, although you’d never guess it from the entrance. The staff on the reception desk where helpful and attentive, with great suggestions for local restaurants.

Amenities in room were very basic, no frills. Not a complaint but an observation. I do t have a problem with no frills I was there to see Naples not hang out in a roo.

The tiny lift was filthy, it wouldn't take much to clean it. Only one pillow each in the room, we had to ask for another.

The lift was very slow going & it was not sound proof very noisy until about 2:30am.

Our room overlooked the courtyard and stairs. The windows did not have curtains, only a see-through net curtain, which made me feel uncomfortable when changing or walking from the bathroom to the bed. There was no privacy.

It was a bit tricky to recognise that the door to the hotel was the entrance but it was fine once we found the reception.

Poor quality bathroom towels , lack of glassware in the room , hotel offered plastic cups only , should offer a coffee machine in the bedroom .
