My girlfriend forgot her gold chain in the room, we called the hotel the next day, they said yes we found it and we came back and got it.

We had to change our booking last minute (due to flight delays) and the hotel reception were so helpful and accommodating. The reception area is large with several comfortable sofas to relax in and a small bar. There is also a roof terrace (which we discovered on our last night!). The room was comfortable and sufficient for the 3 of us (16 year old sleeping on the sofa bed already made up on our arrival). You do have to walk through the lounge area to get to the bathroom in the room though so worth noting if you have a 3rd person on the sofa bed. The shower was wonderful, so spacious and powerful with great pressure and hot. Lovely location by the beach, bike rental just opposite (definitely worth doing!) and a short walk into town. There was no parking available at the hotel but there is a large public car park directly opposite which only charged €18 for 24 hours. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked like it had a good selection of continental options. All in all, we found this a wonderful hotel to stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Mr Marco - the Receptionist was the best staff we have ever experienced in our life ! ( We travel a lot) He was so helpful, friendly and trying to make our stay the best as it was ! Thank u so much once again! The hotel is awesome ! The rooftop has awesome view for the sea and fabulous town ! Honestly I can say it was one of the most beautiful place We have have ever stay ! Higly recommended ! 😍🤍🙏🏻

The hotel was lovely and in the prettiest area along the beach. Very central to everything. Air conditioned and very comfortable and spacious room with 2 balconies. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a kettle to boil water but only 3 packets of sugar but no tea bags or instant coffee packets. There was not a box of tissues or any hotel sized toiletries or vanity kits.

Good location. Comfortable room very quiet good bathroom.

The most thing I liked was the location and the view. I also like the historical building which is charming. My room was lovely and clean.

I encountered staff at the reception who made me feel very unwelcome. It’s the first time in my travels I’ve had this happen. I won’t stay here again and won’t recommend to my friends.

Everything was wonderful

Lovely location, the night team was a lovely man who was very attentive, the day manager could have been a bit more attentive

The pillows were terrible, like hard rocks but the last two nights after asking a few times the night manager provided us with two other ones from another room. We didn’t get any welcome information at checking like breakfast facilities etc

Loved the location of the hotel, the room, the little sitout... and just about everything else. Access to Sanremo center, eateries, and the shops... the hotel's aesthetics were very pleasing, and it was just lovely to spend 3 nights here. will certainly recommend it to others too. Special mention for the hospitality and attitude of the team at the front desk, and upstairs at breakfast... all very very good.

Everything, but the Mr at the reception were rude.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel was a larger establishment than I had imagined. It is a Grand old hotel in a very good location. All in all a comfortable experience.

It was difficult to find as the naming is confusing. It is not Maison Promenade de Charme but is actually the Hotel Lolli. The address is also confusing so needed some asking around to locate.

Nothing to say about the stay and how clean the room was

Not even an hour after we left, I noticed that i forgot my airpods in the room. I directly called the hotel to let them know. None of the person who answered to me took my room number nor my name... Airpod locations is exactly at the Hotel Adress. I wish you tried at least to take my name and look for it while i can clearly see its position

Large clean room with air con. Lovely large shower.

Drove around then asked for help as the hotel appears to have two names! I had asked if there was parking and was told no but opposite there was a large carpark. When we arrived it was full of rally cars and their equipment for the San Remo rally. Apparently the hotel had no idea this was happening even though it is an annual very large event which has taken place each year for about 50 years. There was no where to park in the area, no where to drop off all double yellow lines and plenty of police around, and for two older folk an extremely long walk from where we parked with the added encumberance having to pull suitcases The staff had no recommendations and were not helpful. When I asked for coffee and milk I was given one sachet of coffee for two of us and had to ask for more and was told normally milk was not supplied. The room stated sea view with balcony, if you stood on tip toes and lent out you had a sea view through a gap in the trees but the balcony was all cracked and I felt nervous of using it. A little more information and consideration would have been helpful

Great hotel at a very good price. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were even able to get into the room much earlier. Daily change of towels and cleaning. The hotel is beautiful from the outside but also inside decorated with taste. A big plus for the rooftop terrace, where you could go in around the clock and enjoy the view and a good drink. Great location right on the boardwalk. We will definitely come again :)
