Everything. The hotel is stunning, it is in walking distance of the station and the town. The staff were really friendly, and helpful. The bed was amazing, it was so comfortable, and huge Breakfast was a continental breakfast, with plenty to choose from. Check in/out was simple. Will definitely go again.

The only improvement we could think of, was a extra mirror in the room. There was only a mirror in the bathroom and that is not enough for two female guests.

The room and kitchen were nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. It all held a very nice and historic atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, but close to the center. A place to recommend!

No facility in apartment even to make a coffee. whilst the common areas had thought given to art work and general ambiance the apartment felt stark and lacking in any character.

check in staff friendly and helpful. Arranged parking for us right outside for euro10 Apartment was spacious and beds comfortable with good bedlinen, towels and fittings. location pretty good - about 15 min walk to centre

Lovely coffee and breakfasts. Staff were very helpful, especially on leaving day with helping us sort taxis to the airport etc. Thank you for a lovely family stay. Stunning location just a short walk away from the town center, with a nice walk along the river each way.

We liked everything and my only suggestion would be to offer more home-made cakes/pastries/bisuits at breakfast.

The hotel is located in a quiet but historical part of Verona, Piazza San Zeno and the beautiful church are very close and worth a visit. The city centre is a 10 mins stroll. The hotel is located in a historical residence. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is in the beautiful and historical cellar and breakfast is rich and diverse.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous furniture and decor, comfortable bed, large spacious room. Very close to the old town and many of the top Verona sights.

According to Google Maps, the hotel is a 15minute walk from Piazza Bra Arena and 20minutes from Piazza Erbe. Access by private car is not allowed to the historic centre and public transport routes were not very convenient. However we used an excellent appTaxi operated by the local authority which similar to the Uber app that we have used else where.

We had been staying in the Dolomites for a week and then just finished our Italian trip staying just 3 days in Verona so that we could go to see the Opera Rigoletto in the open air Roman Arena. The boutique hotel was really lovely with stylish furnishings. The bathroom was modern and fully fitted out. We had breakfast that included really delicious pastries made on the premises by a very pleasant lady who also served us our breakfast.

We stayed here just for one night but the room was really huge for two people. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very kind. We had also breakfestq and it was tasty and there was a lot of things to choose to eat. And we were very satisfied with the location.

Spacious and well equipped rooms with beautifully restored medieval décor. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with yet plenty of great choices of restaurants and bars. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The hotel also provides parking right in front of the hotel for merely €10 per day.

There is no elevator so if you have difficulties with stairs it might be a problem

The room was amazing huge and beautiful with nice decoration and clean. The location was very close to castle Vecchio so if you want to start there and go up to see the town is perfect. It had station nearby and restaurants. The personell was very helpful and Kind. The price for the quality was ideal.
