Paulo greeted us with a big smile and gave us all the information we needed about the hotel and its facilities. He is professional and friendly, and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Breakfast is to die for and the ladies who manage it are lovely. Room was big and clean, it didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner but we brought ours so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, even it was a bit on the pricey side, our stay was really good and I 100% recommend it.

    The scrambled eggs were questionable.

Coffee machine to make various specialty coffees, many pastries, croissants, toast, basket of fruits, salami and cheese, hard boiled eggs. The staff was quick to refill items and very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay - the hotel is as good as all the positive reviews suggest. Location is perfect - metro station a few metres away, San Giovanni at walking distance, 30 mins walking to the Colloseum and plenty of places to eat around (Zero pizza place and Shooters restaurant nearby are great). Surely the hotel is not luxurious, you can here noises here and there, but the bed is comfortable, breakfast is good (give the marble cake a try) and the staff is amazing. It’s the staff actually that makes this hotel so good. Reception and breakfast service always great, and the housekeeping- just brilliant, the room was so clean every day!

Lovely hotel just a few tube stops from the centre!

We travelled beginning of April and, during the night, the room was a bit too warm for our standards, as there was no AC (as clearly mentioned by the guy at the reception). I am not sure if it was broken or completely missing, but I feel it would be problematic to stay in this structure without AC over the Roman summer.

We have been upgraded to a triple room, which provided us with an additional bed (not needed) but more space, especially in the bathroom. Our room also has a large balcony by being located on the first floor (however, we didn't need it). Also, the hotel is perfectly located on the main tube line, just a few stops from the city centre!

Buckets were emptied late at night but learned to shut the window. The hotel did not have air conditioning on as it was still there time for the heating.

Wide variety of choice for breakfast, hot and cold. The room was good and kept clean, fresh towels and sheets every day Staff were very friendly and helpful. Warned us about pickpockets. Decided to take a taxi to centre of Rome instead of using the metro. Like being away from the centre as was quieter at nights. Best to turn to the right and go towards the square and the metro.

The hotel is located in a very quiet place and very close to metro station Re di Roma and bus stop which connect you to the historic centre. The buffet breakfast is excellent and meet all your needs. The personnel is very kind and willing to answer to any questions. Until next time 🇮🇹🙂

A bit dark inside of room.

Hotel has pretty comfortable localisation - close to metro station and railway station Tuscolana (you can go from here to Fiumicino Airport). Hotel souroundin is safe. With a walking distance you can reach San Giovanni and great places to grab something to eat. Room was big, cosy and clean. Equippement was OK. Breafast was delicious!

After midnight, you might be awakened by the sound of high heels clacking and the giggling of girls returning from a night out to the room next to yours or above you, as the walls are quite thin, but nothing too serious; we even found it rather charming. We quickly fell asleep.

The hotel is ideal for travelers spending several days visiting and exploring Rome. Located in a very nice and relaxed area, full of greenery, local shops, and very affordable restaurants. The metro is a couple of minutes away from the hotel. The hotel offers a warm atmosphere and a good feeling; the young people who welcomed us and saw us off were truly wonderful and kind. Since we arrived on an early flight, they kept our luggage until we arrived in our room later. Our room was on the 5th floor and had a large balcony with seating. The beds were extremely comfortable, as well as the pillows. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with basic amenities and cleaned daily. Breakfast was excellent, varied, and tasty. From Fiumicino Airport to Tuscolana station, from which you can walk to the hotel, you can take the local train, although it often runs late, or you can take the Leonardo Express directly to Termini station and then the metro to the hotel, which is a bit more expensive but faster and more comfortable. Nearby the hotel, there is an excellent pizzeria called Re di Roma, as well as an even better cake shop, Pompi, where you can taste the best tiramisu in Rome.

Small dining room, which caused a bit of confusion at breakfast time. The need to leave the room key at reception every time we left the hotel.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast. Extremely clean. Located close to the metro and a playground for those travelling with children, it's a plus without a doubt. Nice neighbourhood

The breakfast was simple but always very good. The room was always super clean and met our expectations. The location is top notch. Close to the metro, metro stop is relatively close to the main tourist attractions in Rome, so the journey is not long. Near Re Di Roma there are shops and restaurants that are more local and not full of tourists.

Room was dated. A coffee machine in the room would be good.

The hotel was perfectly placed to allow us use the public transport and explore the city. The staff, particularly Lin, Irania and Giorgio were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I would say the rooms are a little dated but are very comfortable. Overall an excellent hotel.

You have to hand the keys of the hotel when you leave, why? The eggs on the breakfast were mostly cold by 8am and (I never thought this would be a complaint from me) the toilet is uncomfortably high, it’s weird. Also, the rooms need some serious noise isolation. you can hear pretty much everything happening upstairs.

The facilities were pretty good. Breakfast was included and it was better than most hotels. Location is pretty good, there’s a metro station pretty close. The bed was FANTASTIC! First hotel in Europe where I can say that.
