The hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming, the location is quite, but you find everything what you need, the beaches are really nice. The room is well equiped and extremly clean, everything has a place to put. The breakfast is lovely. Apparently they worked a lot on the property and they take care of it every single day. As they care of their guests as well.

We didnt have a lot of towels for al 4 of us (family). We missed the facilities in the kitchen for dish such as washing brush, kitchen towels and washing soap but nothing big.

Franca were very welcoming and always had a smile. The room was big and very clean and the bed very comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and we were in walking distance from a fabulous restaurant called Excalibur and just 5 minutes by car into Castelsardo. Will come back

Lovely stay in a homey environment. Special shout out to the hosts for preparing breakfast every morning. Simple but delicious. We stayed for 5 days and felt totally relaxed. 5 min to a lovely beach but also many great beaches reachable by car. We would come again :)

We had the room next to the breakfast room, so it was a little noisy in the morning, because the breakfast was prepared just outside our door from 7h30 on. But we are early birds, so not really a problem for us :) Not all rooms are located next to the breakfast room.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, we had very nice recommendations for local restaurants and also nice little conversations. The location is great : we had a balcony with sea view and it's a 5 min walk to the beach in Lu Bagnu and to restaurants. Free parking available at the property and in the street. Breakfast was home made with love. The room was pretty big and so was the balcony.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and adequately equipped, the room had also a nice view from the balcony. Pleasant breakfast on the terrace, modest but excellent breakfast, you feel like at home. Hosts were so friendly, charming and we thank them for this lovely stay. We had a great time in Castelsardo and the B&B. The owner is very friendly and helps wherever he can. The Appartment was nice and clean. We had a little garden with a BBQ which we really enjoyed for breakfast and dinner. The location is close to the ocean and the beach. We can definitely recommend this place :)

The owner was very nice to us. The apartment was very comfortable, with a kitcjen and a laundry machine. The views are specular and it is in a walking distance to the beach.

I stayed at Real B&B Primo Sole for 3 nights in October while I was travelling in Sardinia. I was travelling alone and Giuseppe communicated with me through WhatsApp. On my arrival he greeted me with a warm hello and check-in went perfectly! The location was within a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Giuseppe and Franca live in the ground floor of the property and they are always available for questions. Wifi had a very good signal so I could communicate with friends at home.

Everything about it was so perfect, the hosts were so friendly and warm hearted, their two dogs were adorable, the house was very well presented, the breakfasts were excellent and no favour was too much to ask. The hosts gave me home made biscuits too, and helped me with directions and timetables for travelling. The town and beach itself is a little paradise and very reasonable prices.

Lots of choices in the buffet table: cold savory and sweet, eggs, cheese, tomato, mozzarella, cake breads, cereals. Giusseppe the owner is most helpful, aided by his charming wife Franca.
