As this was ground floor, there might be the reason that small insects (moths) were in the room/bathroom, but nothing dangerous - just irritating ;)

The restaurant area was bigger than a previous stay we had. Very good selection of food for breakfast, mostly cold items. Very good coffee from the machine and good seating area. The rooms were spacious and so was the shower room. We were able to park directly outside the room and unload our luggage. Nice open views at the rear of the rooms although anew road is currently being built. No noise issues.

The bed mattress was to, to firm. The cold drinks in the fridge are expensive. It is better to purchase items from the lobby shop.

They gave us a room with garden in another building. The room itself and facilities were very good but the only thing was Moisture! Room has that specific smells and you can't ignore it. That smell passed through all our clothes although we just stayed 2 nights. And I won't recommend the restaurant for dinner. Sadly it is below the average. Very weak wifi signal.

It's ideal if you drive there with the car. Otherwise it could be difficult to reach out city center of Modena. Free parking space. Very good breakfast with variety of options. Safe and secure.

No information about items in the mini fridge not being included (2 cheap water bottles and a tiny juice can be considered complimentary). The scrambled eggs were usually quite dry. The place would definitely benefit of having a pool. As you might have noticed, these remarks are very minor - really hard to find any drawbacks of this stay!

We loved this place! Starting from the fact that you get to park your car right at the door to your apartment, how well the room was equipped, how quiet the place was, how enormous and comfortable the bed was, finishing with the friendly staff and tasty breakfasts. Good enough internet (I got it up to 45mbit/s). We also saw that the place has its own electric car chargers, which seems convenient if you drive an EV (we do not).

Our only slight issue was that it isn't really accessible to anywhere if you don't want to use a car. The hotel is right next to a busy road leading on to the motorway and not safe to walk along. We did attempt to go for a pre-dinner walk but aborted very early - this however did give us the opportunity to find the family owned business Antica Acetaia Bompana very close by and purchase some balsamic vinegar from a wonderfully informed owner.

We weren't expecting a great deal from a hotel right next to the motorway, used as a stopover, but the rooms were fantastic - clean, modern and spacious. We had rooms in the outside motel-style part of the hotel which meant we were able to park right outside of our rooms. The hotel represents fantastic value for money and has great facilities - we made use of the gym, and ate at the restaurant, which while being on the slightly pricey side provided wonderful food and wine. Would definitely use this again if passing the area.

We wish we had a few more gluten free entries, both in the breakfast options and in the restaurant. Yet the staff were indeed accommodating to what they could do for gluten free meals. Unfortunately the sauna was out of order at the time of out stay.

Breakfast very good, it could have a bit more choice in vegetables and fresh fruits. The room was spacious, well laid out with all the necessary amenities in place. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with indeed very good bedding. The restaurant has had some exceptional menu entries, and a decent variety. The location is excellent for those traveling across the country.

Very close to the motorway, the restaurant is really good, and you can park your car in an area with a barrier. I stayed in the outside rooms that didn't look too modern maybe in the main building the style is different.

The hotel looks old and outdated on the outside but the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is very basic, could have more options: it did have quite a few sweets and pastry like foods though which seems to be the case in all hotels I have stayed in Italy
