The hotel is located in the historic center, near the central market. We stayed in a room with a double bed and a private bathroom, all we needed to stay and was clean.

This is a modest hotel and should be judged on that basis. The room smelled slightly of drains, which you do get used to after a few days. The internet is near useless and the manager both unhelpful and defensive.

The location in this tourist hotspot is excellent and the staff were also good.

It was difficult to access the building when checking in. The room itself was extremely basic, and it was quite cold. I asked for the heat to be turned on, and they did... but the radiator was barely warm, so the room was still cold. The room was also quite dark, even with the blinds wide open. The furniture was very old. I was glad I only booked 2 nights there.

The location and the low price are the only advantages of this stay.

The room was full purple. Not very pleasant ! It was very big but the bathroom very small and leaking. The access to the rooms is not closed and everyone in the building can access it.

The first night was too cold, the radiator was not working. The door looked like an old barn door, it was always difficult to close it. Walls to thin, you could hear every noise from the nearby rooms.

Location was perfect, in the city centre, close to the central mercato.

The only things that I found it lacking was a safe (lock box or some sort) and reliable internet access throughout the hotel floor.

The location is incredible, as you are right in the heart of the city. We paid extra for the AC room, which worked great and kept the room nice and cool. The water pressure in the shower was great.

Would be great if you could drop off luggage before the 14.30 check-in time as we had to carry around heavy backpacks. The bathroom was very tiny and the shower without curtains right at the toilet and sink and water could flow into the bedroom. Ended up not using it to avoid the mess of wet floors to walk on. No remote to operate the wall AC and we paid the price with dozens of mosquito bites the next morning as we slept with the window open to get cooler air.

The location is excellent for the price. Very close to the Doumo and restaurants. Nice to have your own bathroom, yet super tiny. Bed was fine. Room was fine for one night. Concierge offered to keep our luggage after 10.30 checkout until 13.30. That was nice.

We were arriving to Florence late and checking in at midnight which I didn’t think would be an issue as the reviews say that arrangements can be made, we found out after we booked that there was a €30 fee for checking in after 8pm. Would have been good to know prior to booking as this was a non refundable booking.

The location of this stay was prefect, close walk to the train station and close to the centre. I loved that it was right across the road from the markets. The guy working late that checked us in was lovely and friendly. The bed was really spacious.

Although they didn't mention "No response before 14.30" they don't respond phone calls or even app messages before that hour. They write it in the hotel. So you don't know why you can't get in. No wifi info. Not very clean. No room or facility introduction at all.
