The choice for breakfast was limited but still nice.

Amazing location. You can walk to the main attractions in 15-20 mins. The hosts Joyce and Joshua are really nice!! Would definitely come back.

The trams are quite noisy, but that's the price you pay for a central location.

Incredible place from which to explore Rome. Breakfast served outdoors on the rooftop terrace. Best of all were the wonderful staff who made us very very welcome.

The room and the shower was in some need of renovation but I think that will be done in the winter

The staff were amazing! All of them were outstanding nice and friendly, the two receptionists and the cleaning lady! The jacuzzi on the roof top was also awesome!

Beds were uncomfortable, mould in the wardrobe, very small room and you can see into the shower from the room so that was weird

The shower in our room was very difficult to use, it involved both a combination of both knobs and some buttons. Once you worked it out, it was nice but still confusing.

It has a fabulous location in the middle of Roma with a beautiful rooftop deck from where you can watch all the madness. The ruins you’re directly looking down upon are said to be where Julius Caesar was killed which is pretty cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful booking us a taxi to the airport ect.

It is definitely in need of updating - it was obviously fabulous once but now somewhat tired.

The entrance. Just two big doors and a row of intercoms. If the taxi had not have told us where it was we would not have found out. Once in the lift, no notices to say which floor but took pot luck and went to floor 5 which was correct. This is not a hitel but was a penthouse apartment that has been divided into rooms. Also the shower cubicle was in the actual room where bed is so no privacy to shower.

Once you closed the windows it was 100% sound proof which as the hotel is located on a busy junction was great for a goodnight sleep. Josua was great and made our stay. Reception was only manned 9 - 6 but you could always contact him by telephone.

The room was smaller than expected, particularly the bathroom. The lighting wasn't too good. There was outside scaffolding which wasn't too much of an issues but it would have been nice to know that it was going to be there as it did obstruct the view.

The location was perfect, really central and walking distance to most attractions. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

It was difficult to control the shower temperature, so it was scalding hot. This could have been user error? Although we tried many different options. We didn't have time to alert the staff though I'm sure they would have taken care if we had.
