Located right above an Irish pub where it’s loud and in the morning there are lots of carts being moved by vendors in front of the property

Was perfect! Staff were very friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with! They also gave some good recommendations of things to try/ places to eat. Good location and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do - central to most major attractions. The guest house also has a very nice aesthetic and all amenities were in perfect order.

The heat was on for the first night which was uncomfortable for us, but Anna promptly resolved and it was not an issue for the rest of our stay.

Charming place and we loved the location. Very near to major points of attraction and felt safe walking back at night. Nice cafe for coffee and breakfast right across the street. We walked everywhere. Hotel and room were well set up with quaint furniture and nice view from the window. Anna was super friendly and warm and made us feel quite at home.

What a fab place! Just next to ponte vecchio and the mercato nuovo but very calm. Fab to have the kitchen dining room available for teas and coffees throughout the day and we were able to use the little fridge in our room for milk etc too. Everyone was very friendly and the map with recommended restaurants and supermarkets was well appreciated. Grazie mille!

I thought that the check - out time of 10am was a little early.Most places I stay in are either 11 am or 12 noon.

No breakfast available but plenty of places nearby.The location was excellent , right in the heart of Renaissance Florence. Staff were polite and helpful

Really loved most everything! Grateful for an elevator (after 20 stairs or so) that got the older members of the family (me!) up all the additional stairs to the apartment!

The spaces were charming, had high ceilings and character. There was a kitchen area to prepare coffee in the morning with tables to gather our family together. We especially appreciated a sweet living room area adjacent to our bedrooms that was decorated for Christmas - where our family of 9 gathered still in pjs while the grandsons opened stocking gifts. And the LOCATION was amazing! So close to all the historic sites and steps away from an open air leather market!

Because it is so central, sometimes we could hear noise from the street.

Very good location, the room is large and warm in winter. Our bathroom had hot water and a bathtub as well. At check in, they gave us a personalized map of the city, with suggestions of what to do and where to eat and do groceries. They offer tea and coffee facilities, with a variety of options. Will definitely go back to this hotel !

Affordable and located in the heart of the sightseeing area of Florence. Short walk to most sights and museums. Room was clean well decorated and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Super nice host giving a lot of interesting information, Large room, large bathroom (I am a big guy) but kept in style, perfect view from the window. When you close the windows you hear nothing, otherwise normal sounds of the city. Pub downstairs, very good restaurants within 50 meters. Walking distance to all attractions (directly in the middle of everything). Nice beds, elevator, nice coffee room with all the equipment.

It was noisy for some nights when there were parties in the square or the roof top nearby, but was manageable and we could sleep.

We stayed here for 6 days and were very happy about our choice. It is very well located in the heart of Florence, the room is spacious and decorated with romantic furnitures, and the owner Anna and the staff Margarita were very helpful! It was very cozy and we enjoyed the kitchen / salon space too. Highly recommended!
