Perfect stay, the room was small but with all the comfort. The location is amazing, close to the famous Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore. The most famous spots of Florence are easy to reach in just 5 minutes. All the staff was helpful and kind, we really appreciated the breakfast time, it felt like being at home. Thank you!

1. Difficult to bring in luggage to the first floor without an elevator. 2. Pillows were not comfortable. Down pillows would make a huge difference.

1.Location is fantastic. Charming street with two restaurants and just around the corner is the Duomo! 2. Michele was very nice and helpful! She was one of the highlights for us. We’ll done Michele! You were awesome! 3. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast.

Brilliant location, so easy to explore Florence from. Great communication including information about how to get to location from any arrival and some tips on where to eat. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

What a find! Location....perfect, 6 min walk from train station, one street away from the Duomo. The room, loved, loved, loved. The decor was absolutely gorgeous, really felt like i was staying in Florence. The breakfast tray in the morning is such a lovely idea, the croissant was fresh, warm and delicious. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Everything is great. If anything, it might not be the most accesible friendly. There are not a lot of stairs so it’s fine, but wouldn’t recommend if you have a wheelchair.

It’s kind of difficult to arrive with luggage with wheels because the city has narrow sidewalks made of irregular stones. Also the building doesn’t have an elevator working. Luck the hotel is in the fist floor.

It was very accommodating and clean. Bed was very comfortable and windows are sound proof. Near all the main attractions. Also the receptionist is very polite. Breakfast has a good amount.

Lovely host, wonderful location, comfy room! The host, whose name escapes me, was lovely and helpful during check in, check out, and in answering questions. Breakfast was delicious and having it in my room was very pleasant. The use of the codes to check in and out was very convenient. Advice: There's no big sign outside, so make sure to use your phone to go to the address and then look for the name on the doorbell panel.

Beeping from digital locks could be heard as guests entered front door and then their own rooms. Had the room closest to the reception so we heard everyone coming and going. But loved the digital lock so we weren't dealing with keys

Very central, clean and cosy

The property is in the very center of the city, very quiet and clean. The owner Francesco is very kind, warm and extremely helpful. He is always available and willing to make your stay very comfortable. A big thanks for his support in making the visit to Florence wonderful!
