The room’s view and the service attention is a 10. We have a little problem one day with the hot water at 11p.m and the Hotel solved in 20 minutes. We really appreciate the attention and we recommend Relais La Maison a lot!!

We didn't dislike anything. It may be nice for the breakfast area to have a little bit of background music as it was very quiet, which could be a little awkward when there were several tables of guests. This is very minor, though!

The bedroom and bathroom was very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was very useful because the weather was quite warm for December. There was a safe and a little fridge in the room which contained water and juice, but you could also head to the lobby at any time for drinks and snacks, which was great. The breakfast box was nice and fresh and contained a nice variety of pastries. The woman on reception was also very friendly. The hotel was in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

The room had courtyard view instead of church one ,like last time ,the floor in the apartment was a bit dated,not all lights on the ceiling were working.

Great ,central spot in Rome with delicious breakfast, spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff with possibility to leave your luggage for a bit after the check out.

The room needs minor maintenance, but it was not a big issue. I asked for a special birthday package which was not delivered, but the person in charged apologized and made a discount on the price I paid for the inconvenience.

Very well located, just a few minutes walk from Termini station. Very friendly staff. The box breakfast was good for the few days we stayed. The room was very clean and spacious.

Room description stated One Queen bed and one single bed. There was one king bed.

There was a need for an electrical outlet in the toilet. The shower door didn't close well and the water came out on the floor. The hair dryer was not working but the staff replaced it after my request.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The staff was kind and explained for us a detailed itinerary on the map for the 3 day stay in Rome. The rooms were cleaned every day and the bed was very comfortable. Coffee, drinks and sweets were available and for free not only during breakfast time.

Location was great to explore Rome. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly.

The hair dryer did not work and there was no iron. I will keep this in mind and bring my own. It's a short walk from the Termini station to the hotel. But beware the cobblestone streets and uneven sidewalks make handling a heavy suitcase difficult.

The hotel room and public space was modern and comfortable. Within an older yet charming building. It gave us an impression of what it must be like to reside in an apartment in Rome. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Took the time to map out places to go. Highlighted interesting places to visit that only a local would know. Loved the on demand coffee maker! The room overlooked the street yet it was very quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was very good. Close to the train terminal (about a 5-minute walk), and within a 10-15 minute walk to some sights. Generous breakfast of baked goods. Snacks and coffee available anytime.

The only thing that needs improving is the shower , the water flow was very low and did not make for a good shower

The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast box delivered every day was good and there were cereals /cakes /coffee and juice available all day. The location is very good 10 minute walk from the station and walkable distance to all the main attractions

Breakfast on first morning ..was no milk in the fridge and lack of options for those who couldn’t eat sweet pastries..and couldn’t find a toaster for the bread

The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet from the street noise The bathroom was nice and good shower pressure So glad there was a lift to get to top floor Friendly staff who helped to point out places of interest with maps etc

The breakfast was no good enough (only some bread and fruits). We had to go to some caffe and market down the street in order to have a proper one. Also, the room looks like it needs some minor fixes ( the wood that covered the floor started to get off, and the shower door couldn't get closed properly)
