There could have been some variations with breakfast. After 7 days it got a bit boring.

The staff were exceptionally good. Stephanie, Denise at reception! The whole kitchen staff waiters & barman. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & the recommendations on restaurants were fantastic. Our bed was comfortable! Perfect holiday perfect hotel xoxo

Difficult to find. Have confidence and persevere up the mountain. It is up there!

Fabulous views, sitting in the bar with live piano in the evenings looking down to the stunning rocky coast. Cosy rustic room with lots of character. Super comfy bed.

We didn’t mind, but be aware if you book a garden room then you have quite a few steps to climb to reach the main hotel building.

Fantastic, friendly and attentive staff. Amazing location with dinner and breakfast overlooking the bay. Excellent spa. We visited in low season so not all facilities were open, but it was very quiet.

Arbatax doesn't have a lot to offer tourists, looks like an industrial port town. A pleasant hotel but you will need a car if staying here. No coffee making facilities in the room. Buffet dinner is overpriced for what it is - head into town if you have a car.

Friendly staff, clean and pleasant environment. Nice outdoor terrace for breakfast/evening drinks.

We spent 3 weeks in Italy for our honeymoon and Monte Turri was by far our favorite hotel of the trip. We chose it for the location as it's right on the sea and in a small cove. We couldn't have been happier with the service. The restaurant staff were great, the reception staff were very helpful, and the spa staff were incredible, not to mention the spa location/ view! If you stay here we highly recommend renting a boat and going to the beach Cala Goloritze.

Our room required a lot of walking and a lot of stairs. If staying here, I'd request a room within the actual hotel. Street parking was very limited and the hotel is situated quite far from town way up on a hill.

The views were stunning and everyone staying at the hotel got their own key to get into the wild animal park which was so much fun. We ate one dinner at the traditional "restaurant" which is located within the park and though very rustic was a lot of fun.

Not advertised as part of a large resort. There was nothing "luxury" about this place! Room was dark, old and musty. Full of crying children. No romance. Restaurant was a buffet. Wifi was poor.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the views are breath taking. We just arrived and want to come back again. It's not cheap to stay there, but it's worth it because the minite you arrive, you are surrounded by beautiful views and the staff looks after you. Especially thank you to lovely Sarah at the reception, a very friendly and helpful lady. The locals are very nice and friendly in general. The food was delicious and we couldn't stop eating Pecorino cheese and local Sardinian salumi. We didn't use the hotel beach but hired the car and went to Lido di Ori beach.Wonderful!

Don't stay in the rooms that are outside of the main hotel building. They are terrible - smelled like mothballs, broken equipment, looked like a motel room / cabin from the 50s. Not luxury and not worth the prices. The staff did move us to a somewhat nicer room in the main house but again it can not be called at all luxurious. No a la cárte dining which for me is a huge issue especially at dinner. Buffet food didn't have enough options and was a lot of money for what was on offer.

The dining area and terraces has great views and those and all common spaces were lovely. The swimming platform by the sea (accessed via tram) was great. Staff is pretty nice.

I wrongly presumed the basic usage of Spa facilities was included in the hotel price.

The most stunning location, what a way to have breakfast every morning on the terrace. I couldn't recommend enough, though I didn't appreciate this is part of a larger hotel complex. However it still feels intimate and small enough. Close to some excellent restaurants and beaches!

It comes with the location on a hill, but being pregnant, the many stairs and climbs to get around the property (between pool, room and restaurant) took me a bit of getting used to. Money turri is a luxury hotel but since it is closely linked to the Cala Moresca complex you do not get that exclusive feeling...instead you get more of a 'resort' feeling due to the groups of tourists in the rest of the park and the animation. Pitty that the elevator to the monte turri private beach closes between 12h30-15h00...this means you are forced to go up for lunch at the time of the last elevator or that you are 'stuck' there if you do not manage the steep climb in the heat.

Beautiful location on top of a hill Nice atmosphere, even though there were a lot of guests, there were still plenty of calm places to relax and sunbathe. No fighting for chairs. Clean towels for the beach (upon request ) were very much appreciated! Good that there is a small beach reserved for monte turri guests only. A good app to find your way around the park Close to the city center of Arbatax. Good restaurants, especially pizzeria la Vela.

The photos of the pool were of a pool shared with other properties. You had to pay to get in. It's false advertising. The park they claim is not a park but a pet zoo. They should also make that clear

The hotel room is effectively (part of) a miniature house. The fittings and furnishings are basic and not as luxurious as the hotel's name suggests Most of the on-site restaurants are self-service buffets. The nearby village has however a couple of good and beautifully situated restaurants While at a considerable distance, the park around the hotel contains two other hotels focused on mass-tourism.

Monte Turri is located in a beautifully situated park on a rocky shore. The hotel itself is built to resemble an old Italian village - with winding cobbled streets and steep steps. Both the hotel and its location are highly picturesque. Our stay was in September, with most of the guests gone, and therefore the place had a calm and languid air to it. The large park area around the hotel allows for nice walks - during which a range of animals can be encountered. There are also two little private coves - one of which can be reached by an elevator.

While the park is fantastic, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Unclear policy concerning the different villages/hotels within the park: we booked the Monte Turri, but our room was in the Cala Moresca. The village (Cala Moresca) looks nice from outside, but the rooms are run down, cleanliness leaves soemthing to be desired, and sound proofing is so poor that when people are talking in the street or in rooms nearby you'll have the impression they're standing in the middle of your bed.

The park/ resort is fantastic, many different themes and environments, so much to see and do. Private secluded beach reachable with a glass elevator. The restaurant is very romantic, and has unbelievable view, and despite being buffet-only, it is good. Very good breakfast.

Location slightly limited in terms of exploring by car further afield. Due to coastal routes, a drive of several hours would be required to reach other coastal towns or bays. Another air conditioning unit would be a bonus in The Tower Room bedroom, as it is elevated and gets extremely hot at night, making sleeping uncomfortable. A small snackbar/ bar at The Spa pool is needed, as only sandwiches are provided.

Attention to detail, friendliness of staff across the board. Literally NOTHING was too much trouble. Relaxing environment both inside and outside. Superb spa facilities. Stunning views.

We were given a dark damp room in the part of the resort run as a Mexican three star all inclusive. The zoo side of the park was quite depressing: unhealthy and unhappy looking animals overwhelmed by the human presence. A complete disgrace worthy of a very serious scrutiny from animal rights groups, local law enforcement, and simply decent environment conscious citizens.

Only buffe dinner available and that was really not of the standard one expect in Italy. Limited options in surrounding area made it a negative. Also the fact that the hotel is part of a big resort with other hotels in the park makes it very touristy and all-inclusive feeling which we did not like. The location is excellent - as a guest at Monte Turri you are able to access another 4 hotel resorts in Arbatax Park (which you are inside). Since the area where hotel is situated is very humid, there is a smell of mould in the rooms (we tried two). Air conditioner does not help much, and also an old-fashioned hairdryer system in the bathroom is of some discomfort.

The hotel is located in the a beautiful park with many animals, free to visit anytime. The staff is very well-trained and helpful, and there are very nice areas in the hotel's territory: bar near the pool, terrace, even hotel's lobby. The breakfast is served until 10:30, which is nice for people who want to sleep for a bit longer in the morning.

Really tired rooms (mainly bathroom). Too hot in the room. Dinner buffet very poor. Maximum 2 stars.

The view. Access to the park.
