Dirty marks on the on the wall and hinges and mould on the tiles of the shower there is also no lift if that is a problem.

The hotel was pretty central to most sites in rome which was a good thing. The double room was big enough for two people with enough space, and staff were nice

The rooms are nice, very well equipped, nothing was missing. Staff was nice. Every day we had our beds made, and clean towels. In the house is probably problem with humidity, but there was no mold or smell in the rooms. Some equipment could use a change, but nothing major. The location is absolutely exceptional, all the top places in Rome are within walking distance. Right behind the corner is street full of restaurants, bars and two small supermarkets. If we plan to go to Rome again in the future, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

A good room, for a great price, in the heart of the Piazza Navona area. Major sites within a short walk and so many good restaurants it is hard to decide where to eat! We thoroughly enjoyed our five day stay.

WiFi and signal was poor in our room (WiFi didn’t work/connect at times).

We were given clear instructions to check in after hours, the neighborhood is safe and fun to explore with lots of food and shopping, and it is close distance to many attractions (within 30 min or less walking distance).

My stay was very good, and I have zero complaints. Two pieces of information. 1- Since Roma doesn't have the best public transportation network, you may have to walk a bit with your luggage to reach the hotel area. 2- They don't have 24 hours reception: the reception opens at 9 am so will have to wait until 9 am if you want to get a ticket printed or drop your luggage on the check-out day.

The location is very good, close to Piazza Navona and to several nice cafes and restaurants. The wifi works well. The staff is very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. There's a desk to operate one's laptop.

The power kept going out all night so the AC and wifi kept going out until someone reset the breaker.

Great location. There are a bunch of small shops just a few steps away. The rooms were really small but clean.

upon arrival the wifi wasn’t working we went out for a while and once we arrived back it was fixed which was great, our toliet seat was broken right off, beds were hard as a rock! the fridge didn’t work nor did the hair dryer staff were friendly but not very helpful

The shower pressure was a little low. The smell of the place was too chemically overwhelming. The bed and pillows were much too hard.

If I struck really lucky and received the ground floor room . The stairs are a little steep, but I am 70 yrs old next birthday and young at heart! The property is very old and clearly very few further modifications can be made.

Very good room high ceiling , all well proportioned., good decorative orderl Great facilities , bathroom well equipped. Also perfectly situated for visiting famous spots on foot xxx
