The front door code had trouble working so the key became more convenient. A wonderful cafe just steps s away from the front door.

New with a kitchenette and great staff. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The first bathroom we have had in Italy with a roomy shower. Very comfortable bed and despite the crowds outside the room was quiet.

It was small but the value made up for it

The location was unreal. Right in the middle of Piazza de Signoria. While our view was of a roof our friend (who paid more) could see the entire piazza including David. The staff was very helpful

The location is just perfect to explore Florence. The hotel and facilities are nice and clean, The stuff is very friendly and very helpful no matter the question or request.

Replacement of instant coffee each day is only small improvement suggested as I did not know how to use coffee brewer.

Great location, reception provided some great suggestions of cafes and restaurants that were very good.

Wow the view from the room was outstanding! We totally loved this studio apartment right in the centre of Florence! The apartment was spacious and very clean with a large king sized bed and large wardrobe to hang your clothes and store your them. There was air conditioning/heating, which we could control, in the room. Although we were right on the Piazza it wasn't noisy at all. The room was serviced daily which was a bonus! The staff at reception were friendly and helpful We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

A little noisy on the street below but this isn't a fault of the property and is to be expected for the location. Our appliances/chargers with European power adaptors didn't fit in some of the smaller power points in the room but we got by with the one larger one that did fit.

Amazing location, you couldn't ask for better. Overlooking the beautiful Piazza Signoria from your open window is such a privilege. The hosts were very helpful with all the information we needed and kept our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The building has a lift which is a welcome change from carrying luggage up stairs at other apartments, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

There were some bugs that kept showing up in the bathrooms mostly (like a cross between a small Mayfly and larger than a mosquito)- a nuisance. There was not a nice view of the piazza, which was disappointing. The second bathroom must have had mostly outside walls, as it stayed very cold, especially at night. I had to keep the door closed so it wouldn’t keep the bedroom too cold at night, but even so, the second bedroom stayed on the colder side. The mini split did not help this - too far away from the bathroom and we didn’t want to make the rest of the apartment too hot. We were unable to locate any extra blankets. I also did not appreciate the man at check out who asked me if I wanted to pay with US dollars or Euros when I inserted my credit card. NO ONE else asked me that during my entire trip, when using my card. It is tasteless, in my opinion and left a sour taste in my mouth. If he thought he could scam me into paying more for my stay, he’s mistaken.

Huge 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 2 tvs, kitchenette, and table (honestly, too much room for us (2 adults and a 3 year old). The elevator was helpful and the location was excellent for us. Close to the area south of the river and not too far from the Santa Maria Novella train station (15 minute walk approximately). About 10 minutes from the nearest laundromat (across the river), where we did some laundry. They provided us with slippers for the very cold floors (we were there in early March).

the only thing was loud noise even at 1 am in the morning from revelers on street outside, not the property fault (apart from even better sound proof windows) but something to be aware of when booking and needing a good nights rest.

Nothing. The apartment was all I could have wanted and more.

Location is paramount to me when travelling is paramount. Being right on the Piazza Signoria provides access to all the sights, shops, and restaurants in Florence. It is a walkable distance to the train station and everything around. The apartments was clean and spacious. All the amenities were modern and functional. Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything one could want for a stay in Florence.
