In case you hadn't noticed, there was not a lot wrong.

Perfect location for a wonderful break. Staff friendly and helpful. Good communication in advice (wish we'd taken their offer of airport transfer). Room was clean and decent size with good facilities... Coffee, air con, decent size and comfortable bed. Perfect location at the bottom of the Spanish steps, Metro station right next door, though you're unlikely to need it, because everything is in walking distance (or hire an O bike). Excellent WiFi or use the computer available or guide books.

The location of this hotel is amazing - right near all the sights and basically next door to the Spanish Steps! The hotel itself is really cute, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Someone's review said " the discount is reflected in the Breakfast at the cafe". But they didn't explained that. The noise from the construction in the building was noisy. We wanted to know that before staying there.

Romantic ambiance. Great location. Lovely view. Wide and comfortable room. Next to" Piazza di Spagna". Very close to subway station and a lot of shops. We enjoyed there very much.

The air conditioning wasn't that great. I noticed that where ever we were though in Italy.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very helpful. I had a problem with over paying the fare from train station to hotel and they were able to contact the driver and refund me some of the cost. Over and above in customer service.

Excellent staff (especially Giulia) started from our early arrival till departure. Everything was perfect. Outstanding customer service and hospitality. Spacious adjoining room with two bathrooms. Great location right next to the Spanish Steps. Love it all! We will definitely stay in this hotel next trip!

Very close to the subway station and next to Piazza di Spagna. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very big as well with a nice bathtub. The lady at the reception was so kind that she taught us how to walk around Rome. All was beyond my expectation from the price.

The room and setup was great, only minor problem(s) experienced and can be improved: 1.Intermittent Hotel WIFI and was not able to catch local data signal in the room(Room allocated at the end of the hall) 2.Noted on the strict policy of no A/C during winter..had problems working with the heaters and trouble figuring out which mode to use. 3.Maybe in future to provide laundry service price list?

Just check out yesterday..Excellent location-just in front of Spagna Metro entrance, literally across Via Condotti(50 metres).Very helpful & informative staff-provides also a cute booklet c/w information on touristic plcs to go to in Roma, private tours etc..Not sure if breakfast is provided, not a major issue as most restaurants and grocery stores are 1-2mins walk..

Could be better if we could get a big bed instead of 2 small ones (but we booked too late so basically it's not their fault)
