Any point of advice, heat up the Jacuzzi 1 hour before you want to use it.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful — very peaceful, pleasant, and extremely comfortable. The interior and design are beautiful, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. The staff provide excellent service, always attentive and friendly. The restaurant deserves special mention — the food was delicious and beautifully presented. A perfect place to stay, we will definitely return! ✨

AUTHENTICITY. I think it’s the best place where you can feel the peace of mind you was looking for a long time . Every person is very gentle. The vibes is the vibe of the most beautiful dream you have ever wished to live in Tuscany . Good food, good wine of course . The cure of details it’s what conquered the heart of my girlfriend . From the glasses to the napkins and … one BIG THING, there is a spray released during the day to protect guest from mosquitos . Quality , authenticity , detailes, romanticism, relax . It’s really the best place you can pick for the most unforgettable moment of your life .

Some staffs are friendly and helpful. The view is nice.

They don't have someone at the entrance to greet you and help with your luggage like other hotels. You need to carry your luggage to the check-in area by yourself. The front desk staff didn't seem very friendly/welcoming.- Thank you for your response. However, after reading it, I feel even more certain that your tone comes across as unfriendly. While some staff members were very friendly and helpful, such as the male employee who kindly drove us to the hill and another who greeted me, I have to admit that my experience with the front desk staff was not as positive. In particular, the front desk lady came across as indifferent. I’m simply sharing my honest observation: when we arrived, there was no one at the gate to welcome us as is often the case at other hotels, nor was there a doorman to help with our luggage. We ended up carrying our bags into the check-in area ourselves. Perhaps we’ve become accustomed to the warm and welcoming service we've received at other hotels. I actually recommended your hotel to friends and even shared a positive post about it on my social media. Now, I feel quite embarrassed.

Absolutely stunning. The property was so relaxing, inviting and charming. Between the pool, the gardens and the common outdoor spaces we wished we had stayed longer. The kitchen staff was so accommodating. We came in late afternoon and they accommodated us for a late lunch, without hesitation.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have seen, the flowers in the gardens and the interiors have all been so well thought out.

My only suggestion would be that more staff are definitely needed. For the price of the hotel I’d expect it to be easy to get drinks etc throughout the day but I had to keep going to reception if I wanted to find a staff member and it was very hard to get drinks/lunch by the pool. There is a bar but I didn’t once see a member of staff working there

Great staff and communication despite last minute stay. Massage was affordable compared to most hotels. Setting is in an ideal Tuscan landscape and the food and service delicious. Even made me the perfect martini even thought it wasn’t on the menu. Tried to spend a second night but was fully booked.
