The views from the hotel were terrific. Also, the location is really good, as it is only 10min walking distance from the centro storico

Our room moderate in size, however, it included a huge patio with chairs and a table that overlooked the countryside of vineyards and olive trees. This view was stunning and I could have stayed on that patio the whole time. The hotel is situated about a five-minute walk from the south port wall of San Gimignano's old town. Even the walk into town is beautiful. The grounds of the hotel include a very nice swimming pool and a large patio area to enjoy breakfast and drinks from the bar. It too looks out at the rolling hills and picturesque villas seen in the distance. Two thumbs up for the friendly staff.

It was not clear on the website of Booking.com that the parking has a cost of EUR 15,00.

Nice rooms. Nice view over the Tuscan countryside. Parking. Within waking distance of the historic center of San Gimignano. The pool must be nice as well in the summer.

One room of our 3 had very hard, uncomfortable bed.

Fabulous building, little off the beaten track but only a short walk into the historic city. Rooms at front have unbelievably fantastic views over the Tuscan countryside. Has car park.

Very little atmosphere for evening meals. Perhaps most guests went up into town to experience excellent Italian Food. Lovely large lounge with teas & pastries available. Snooker table was discreet being in such a large room.

I was surprised by the small size room. But all was excellent.

Nice place with a beautiful view of the countryside. If one finds the right room with the view there. Plentiful breakfast and relax in the swimming pool in the late afternoon.

Limited parking so reserve if you want, I did not, but a short walk parking available or secure but it’s Tuscany so not a problem at all. A room safe would be nice, refer to prior point. Rooms a little small, we knew that when booking.

Great location, and fantastic value for money. Hotel staff are so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and evening meal super. Short walk to San Gimignano. Small nice pool, not heated so watch out, and be warned! Very clean the a/c is welcomed very much so.

Make sure to book a room with balcony or terrace. Rooms at the backside have no view and are closely located to adjacent properties

The hotel parking must be reserved as it is limited, which we did not understand, although we found public parking very close and it is cheaper.

The room although slightly dated in terms of design was comfortable and we had a great view over the valley with a nice small balcony. The bathroom was clean and acceptable. Very nice breakfast on the terrace and the staff were very helpful.
