You can get 20% discount for eat , but not recommended, because you can find better places (quality and price level) near.

The price level and quality is very good. Extra you can get (for full period) the visits to water park VILLAGE BEACH plus the bus tickets (for free) to go there. The children like it very much. By the way every day bicycles for two hours is free. Personals girls is very friendly .

There are small in-commodities. The internet access is way too complicated. You will need a couple of days to figure it out completely. But it works. Our bathrooms a little bit too small even for these kind of accommodation.

The location is perfect. Just a few meters from the beach, very close to the bus station. A lot of good restaurants and supermarkets in the proximity. It is also affordable but well equipped for all you might need. The young lady who managed the place was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. If you ask for a room with no windows to the street, they are quiet enough to have a good night sleep.

What you see in the pictures of the hotel presentation is exactly what you will get. or maybe more (two bathrooms, two balconies and bikes for rent for free). It was great, I recommend property to everyone!

Parking places are narrow, only the daughter of the owner speaks English.

The swimingpool with great view was good, also the barbecue. Beds were comfortable.

I expected an available parking place but I had to solve myself... which is was only a luck that I could manage asap on the pink night - which is the biggest party time in Rimini on the first weekend in July...

I liked the girls, who worked at the reception but mostly the girl who is spending her summer job there :) she gave us useful info, how to not get lost in Rimini & San Marino

The staff were very cute and helpful. WiFi is so strong on all floor. And the Auriga restaurant is excellent where you can eat for 20 % discount. They were very friendly! Beach is close about in 100m. We use hotel bikes for free. We will return here!

Room 305 was good but room 311 was not (see comments about bathroom and balcony in what was good). TV was poor (but I did not use it other than to check it out). Could do with a kettle as boiling a brew in a lid-less pot is inefficient. Bedside lamp would not go a miss!

Travelled as a group of two 40s couples and the rooms were much the same but the differences were vast. Room with a street view was great with decent sized bathroom and balcony overlooking the Main Street with 24 hour traffic noise, a view and people passing. Room at the rear had similar rooms but the bathroom size was ridiculously small (unusable by large children and normal adults) plus the two balconies were pitifully small and had a view of nothing of interest). The staff were pleasant and cheerful. Rooms were cleansed twice during our week. Discount in the restaurant on the ground floor and the food there was good. The wifi was good but not for video streaming. Secure Parking was 5 minutes from hotel.

Guests: groups of noisy people coming back form Disco around 5 am; We had an apartment with seaview at first, which was very noisy due to the crossing in front of the building; we could change the room without any problems and the straff were very friendly

view form our balcony (overlooking mountains)
