So happy we've found this place! It ticked all the boxes for us: it was quiet, relaxing and very clean. It is located in a perfect spot for day trips to Otranto, Maglie, Lecce and of course the most beautiful beaches nearby. We live in the UK and we're not used to having sweet breakfast, however the hotel breakfast was fab! Everything is fresh and very tasty. They serve eggs (fried and scrambled), bacon and there is also ham, cheese and rolls to choose from if you are not a fan of croissants and cake first thing in the morning. Coffee is delicious too. The staff in the hotel are truly amazing, genuinely welcoming and lovely people. The lady who serves breakfast is a diamond, she manages this kitchen like a real professional; nothing is ever too much. The apartment is cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. There is a private parking provided for no additional cost. Guirdignano, where the hotel is located, is a small and quiet town but it has a real charm. We ate at 4 restaurants here and the food was very good every time. Thank you so much Bellaria Residence!

The hosts are so welcoming and make you feel at home from when you arrive. We were invited to have a welcome drink and provided with a gorgeous antipasti plate. Breakfast is a great Italian breakfast and the lady serving it is so friendly. The pool and surrounding area is very relaxing and enjoyable to sit around. Close to a quaint Italian village with an excellent Osteria. An easy 10 min drive into Otranto.

If I have to pick something to improve, it would be to modernize the furniture in the room and upgrade the bathroom. It is understandable that after two years of having no guests during the corona pandemic, it will take some time to re-gain lost income and that upgrading may have to wait a while longer. The furniture is completely functional as it is now, although the style seems a bit out-dated.

You can search high and low but you will not find a more friendly, hard-working, and accommodating hostess than Clarissa! She was available for us and catered to our every need, with a smile. As examples, we were greeted with a welcome drink of our choice (prosecco on ice) and a large tray of Italian meats and snacks, were given a choice of four rooms, and were allowed to stay and enjoy the pool and even keep our room after the normal check-out time the day we left, since our room was not needed by new guests. On top of that, she gets up at 5 a.m. every morning to bake fresh cakes and struedels for the breakfast buffet! The pool area was an oasis of calm, at least the first two days before the families with small children arrived. Pool towels are provided. Room is cleaned daily. Sunsets seen from the property are amazing!

We loved everything. We have arrived at Otranto by train and then bus, in a "no car" vacation. The hosts have brought us the the Residence Bellaria by their own car and during our stay they have put their car to our service, taking us anywhere we neede to go. Great location, excellent services with very nice breakfast and various cakes and pastries, that our two sons have really enjoyed. Spacious appartments , cleaned every day to the last spot, ensured by their extraordinary staff. And what a vacation it has been ! Awesome pools, we loved them, both suitable for children and adults, drinks from the bar, snacks, available meals on order, anything to make a winderful vacation was available for us to enjoy. And that's what the hosts and their team were there for, to ensure we enjoy our vacation . It was the best hospitality we have experienced, overwhelming, and it made us staying for another day before leaving back home. Not only that they made sure we can stay another day, but they made us their guests for that night, no matter we have insisted for paying for the night. We would definitely like to visit again when we visit Italy again. You guys have made us have the dream vacatikn this year.
