The walls between the rooms are very thin. We could hear everything our neighbours talked or laughed about. We also had a room downstairs, so, we could hear every time somebody was entering the location because the door of the building was very heavy. I think if we would have had a higher room we wouldn't have heard so many noises. Overall not something very unpleasant. I could sleep very well during the night. And for a few nights, I could have plugged my ears if needed.

The room was clean. The lady came very often to clean. (every day or at 2 days) We had in the room a small space as a kitchen (with a small sink, 2 stoves, a fridge, and all the pans/plates/cutlery in the drawers). We also had a microwave in the room. Overall I liked that it was clean, and we had a space to prepare our own food in case we needed. The bathroom had hot water which came in seconds (no need to wait for it). It has Carrefour very close to the location (around 10 mins to walk) which has been very handy. Also, very close to the metro (only 7 mins to walk and the line was directly to Duomo. You only had to change once for the Central FS). For the price requested it was good for me.

I didn't like how their stuff had communication with us. I would like to see friendly receptionist when i am going to the hotel. For my opinion their receptionist is a little bit rude for the visitors. Furthermore there is no chance to have a little bit earlier check in.

You can get to the Duomo area within 20 minutes by metro. They offer cooker there so so can cook for yourself.

If you want to checkout early / in the morning , it's unclear what to do, we had to just leave our keys on the reception and hope for the best, as we had a train to catch

Parking at the hotel is 15€ the night, on street parking is 1.2€/h. Walls are thin so don't forget the ear plugs

Spacious room with on suit kitchen and bathroom. For the price you cannot expect more. Metro is 3 min away and takes you into the city in 15 min.

Very thin walls , I could hear all the neighbours when they are talking and when the TV is on. The windows are old and I am a light sleeper so I could hear the cars from the road. There are some things that could be improved- the shower waa blocked and there was a part of the sink that was worn off.

The location is perfect. The metro station Is less than 5 minutes away. Towels were changed every day and toiletries provided. There is a hairdryer. There is a big store 5 mins away and you can buy all the things you need for you stay.

The balcony’s sealing had some cracks and the mattress’ where not very comfortable.

Salvatore is an incredible person, so kind and always helpful!! It’s a pleasure for the hotel to have someone like Salvatore, because from the places I know, I’ve never met such a respectful, nice and with such energy as this man! Salvatore by himself makes the place feel more familiar.

Some places in the bathroom had a little rust but nothing that bad.

Very nice location, close to the metro and a nice and quiet neighborhood. The hotel was so good for the price I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels with lower quality, this one was perfect for a short stay. The room also had everything you need if you stayed longer and wanted to cook, there’s a fridge, stove, and even microwave. They also cleaned our room very well each day which was awesome. Nice balcony as well, overall great place.

Some things can be improved, like the sound insulation, the ventilation when turned on was rather noisy and the shower sliding doors a bit difficult to handle.

The studio was nice and comfortable. The metro line 1 is very near, so it is easy to travel anywhere.

When we moved in, there was a blockage in the shower stall and the water did not drain well. We contacted the staff and they fixed everything immediately.

Check-in at the hotel is from 13 to 19, we arrived later. We contacted the hotel, the staff resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently, for which we thank them so much! The location is very convenient, a five-minute walk from the metro, a direct line to the historical center. The room had hygiene products and everything necessary for living. Towels and bed linen are snow-white. The room was cleaned daily.
