Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was perfect
It was beyond my expectation. I expected regular room and I got 50m2 apartment. Huge bathroom and bedroom, nice kitchen and living room. On top of this perfect breakfast and service. For sure I will come back to Dolcenero

Shower could be bigger
The location (ideal place for a stop-over), the ease if check in, cleanleness, etc. I can wholeheartedly recommend!

We visited this hotel for the third year in a row and this time, have been dissapointed by the breakfast offer. No vegetables, not even one tomato, rather old bread (hard and simply not tastefull), majority of the ,,warm breakfast bowl" (that normaly has bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs etc) was deliberately empty and clean.
Location of this hotel is good, not too far from the highway, in a nice small village. Rooms are nice and rather new looking, there is parking either outside or in the garage below the hotel.

Everything! The apartment was clean, cozy and offered both outdoor parking and a garage. The restaurant was also very nice and we are truly well! Moreover, both accommodation and restaurant were a great value for money.

Oh, actually I can not think about negative experiences, just all worked well, we informed that we will arrive with (minutes) later, so this was arranged with the staff from the trattoria in the same building, fine for us. Easy to find a and plenty parking spots that belong to the hotel that seems larger than expected.
Very functional apartment, it had two rooms, all you need and more! It had two separate rooms, one with a kitchenette, the other a sleeping room, just nice and with all you need. Functional and great, also a bit cosy - still it is a larger hotel but spacy, The breakfast, ok it was me who burnt the bread in the toaster, but ok, it was maybe the maximum you can get in Italy, all fine, but to have Nescafé in Italy is hmmmm not the ideal solution for a true coffee person. Oh yes, some of the breakfast was local stuff, fine in the end. Bed: cosy and also avaialbe extra blankets, it was bit cold these days. all worked well

Great place. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with everything we needed for our stay with a baby - a bot, highchairs, plates, spoons, etc. There is also a playground not too far from the hotel. The restaurant was lovely too.

It is a smaller property, therefore also breakfast options were fewer, but still good quality.
Everything was clean. There was enough space in the room, bathroom was clean and well equipped. Restaurant with good quality food is in the same complex. Staff was nice and helpful.

Coffee was Nespresso capsules only, but it was good in terms of quality and usability. AC was noisy so we turned it off.
The breakfast was excellent! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, we slept very well and recovered after long travel day.

Wonderful apartment hotel in quite location of the city, very clean apartment with small kitchen. We had apartment number 14 on second floor, with poor wifi signal in bedroom, living rooom/kitchen was fine. Breakfast is great with various hot and cold meals, also some fruits and cakes. Large parking space in the front of hotel or you can use the underground hotel parking. Restaurant serve classic italian meals from this region - pasta or meat. We can fully recommend this place.

Absolute fabulous service, the lady which has beauty dreads provided best service. Rooms were extremely clean. There was everything what client need. Price/quality in restaurant was excellent.

Wifi is poor and the TV set wasn’t working good (reception was breaking down after a while) and didn’t come back
As we arrived we got a upgrade of the room type. The one we got was more spacious as the one we originally booked but we don’t have to pay more for it. The room was clean, everything fine for our stay. The car can be parked in the garage right next to the hotel (underneath the hotel). Breakfast is quite good.
