Not the fault of this wonderful hotel but Bus route 7 was often very crowded… and on the first day we needed to miss the first one due to overcrowding and then hop on the second one although it was also full of people (locals and tourists). If you could avoid taking the bus at around 5-6 pm it would be okay.

It was clean and the view was very nice. Lots of nice extras (hair dryer, laundry machine, laundry rack, kitchen utensils etc) were included. The hotel is actually located in a small town which was also lovely to explore. We were a bit fed up with the amount of people in the city centre of Firenze so it was nice to spend some time outside of touristic area. Tommaso was really nice and kind.

The views were incredible and the atmosphere very relaxed and peaceful. It was only a short walk to shops and cafes with great food and friendly people. The hosts were very friendly and very welcoming and helpful.

The room was large and the kitchen was fully equipped. The view from the balcony was very good, and above all, Tommaso is very cheerful, and a kind person, gives us information about the town. It's around 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and a supermarket nearby, making it very convenient. There is also good bus access to Florence. Next time we come to Florence, we will stay here again.

My stay was too short! :-(

This is one of my favorite places when I come to Italy. The location of the residence is great, close enough to dowtown Florence but away from the crowds of tourists. The rooms are super clean and have everything one needs (including a kitchen). The view is fantastic and Fiesole (the town) is one of a kind. Definitely I recommend it!

Nothing regarding the property really, just a recommendation for people coming the first time: take the main road, maybe don't listen to Google Maps which takes you to a shorter, but much steeper road. Anyway the road is safe and the view is wonderful!

Very good accommodation! Tommaso is very helpful and fast to respond to every request. Also super nice view which is a bonus. Parking very convenient in the inner yard. Bus to Firenze every other 20 minutes close to the property, which takes you to the city center in about 20-25 minutes. We had everything we needed and more! :)

Everything was perfect!

I can’t recommend Residence Fiesole enough! Communication was very friendly and easy. The room was very tidy and the kitchen contained everything you need (plates, pots and pans, knifes, washing up liquid etc.). There was also a kettle for tea lovers. The bathroom is spacious and also very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was even a sofa in the room. The view from the balcony (also surprisingly big with chairs and a table) is stunning! One major advantage, in contrast to apartments in the city centre of Florence, is the nice fresh and cool air. In general, you can see how much love and attention to detail was not only put into the room but also into the whole Residence. The bus stop is 10 minutes away and it’ very easy to get directly into the city centre. Fiesole is a beautiful town with lots of restaurants and a supermarket – everything within 10 minutes reach. The host also placed a map of Fiesole on the table with recommendations for restaurants and great views. If I ever visit Florence again I will definitively stay here again!

Really, nothing to complain.

We had an Appartement on first floor with a small balcony and a wonderful view into a valley. The appartement had a very good size, was clean. Very helpful was an aircondition which is installed. Everything we needed for one week was available.

The pillows could be better... not very comfortable! And the vending machines near the reception only accept coins, which can be a pain... Other than that, I loved everything.

Excellent location, breathtaking view, super nice staff! Very spacious rooms, big and beautiful balcony and all very clean! Tommaso who was at the reception was very nice and friendly.

Nothing, everything was great!!

The location of this property is incredible!! Tommaso was very helpful in accommodating our needs. Having a drink on the balcony after a long hard day in Florence was great. Adventuring around Fiesole was great as well. Number 7 bus takes you straight into Florence so we had no problems there.

Honestly, nothing.

This place was GREAT! We rented a car so the parking was perfect, the apartment was larger than expected and super clean. The owner and staff were super nice - when our rental wouldn’t start the last day after checking out, the owner came out and tried to jump it, and let us back in the room until the tow truck came (it was 95*F!) Definitely recommend

Idylliac get away from the crowds and heat of Florence ( yet only an half an hour ride by bus n7 from the city) with balconies overlooking the rolling hills dotted with cypress and olive trees and monasteries such as the one of Monte Senario in the far distance.. Some of the most beautiful trails in Tuscany are within walking distance from the residence. There are many details to be discovered in the garden too so lovingly cared for by our knowledgeable fiorentine host. Everything in the apartment is perfecty workìng and well administered by Tommaso.. At last we found an authentic place for rediscovering nature, art and culture of our tuscan origins!

Tomasso was wonderful and easy to contact. A short bus ride allows escape from tourism with access within 15 or so minutes. Washer was a plus as well as bigger fridge. Will definitely come back next time we visit Fiesole/Firenze!

Amazing balcony views across Tuscany. This is our second visit and find it much better to be away from busy Florence but have the convenience of the bus service (20 mins) from Fiesole. Free parking.

Everything. Fiesole is a nice spot : beautiful, quiet, close to Firenze. The apartment is well equipped, have dishwasher and washing machine. The view from the terrace is awesome. And a lot of good restaurants in a walking distance. Tommaso as the owner is very friendly and always helpful.

Good space, large bathroom & big comfortable bed. Close to the main square in the centre of Fiesole where there are a couple of restaurants & bars & the Roman amphitheatre. Easy to get a no 7 bus down to Florence if wanted.
