Close to the city centre. The apartment had everything needed, including kitchen aplliances. Helpful and friendly staff and also no problem with that arrived after the working hours as all the codes and information was provided in advance.

Netflix account expired but since we've been out most of the days it didn't matter. It would be great if shower had also a handheld shower head.

Great location, only 15 minutes walk from the historic city center. Very easy check in and kind personal. A car was safely parked inside the private garage.

it is not close to the city center. However, it is possible to go there walking within a distance of 20-25 minutes.

The apartment is great. We arrived at 12:30 pm and it was before check-in, but they allowed us to park the car in the apartments’ parking lots in basement There is a small kitchen inside the apartment , with coffee machine, capsules and tea (there is vanilla-flavored tea, which was wonderful). The apartment was one floor without an internal staircase, it was great. Check in and out is smooth and easy, there is a code they provide us during check in via email, and with this code can enter the building and your apartment. There is elevator available from the basement of the parking lot to the apartment floor. There is a restaurant under the building, Was great.

All I can say really is that the kitchen could be slightly better equipped, but it was enough to get by!

We had an excellent and comfortable stay. It is quiet and the bed is comfortable so we were well rested. There was a slight issue in the room during our stay and the staff handled it kindly and were apologetic.

Super convenient location if you have a park (free parking and 20 min walk to the center). Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Super comfortable bed. Super kids friendly - they gave us a cot and a baby high chair for feeding.

The ladies were kind and helpful, Katerina helped us with a minor issue we had. The property is overall good value for money, despite some minor inconveniences, there might be a little bit of noise due to the fire department across the street, but we could sleep through it:)

To be honest, there wasn't much to hate. However, considering the price range and quality, there were probably cheaper apartments and hotels that are in the same price range as this that provide the same quality or slightly better. Also, the wifi could be better as at times simple emails or videos would take a long time just to load.

The staff onsite were really friendly. The apartment was close to many transport links; 3 different bus lines, and one train station all within walking distance. It was also around 20 min walk (pretty much a straight line) from the city centre. The whole apartment well equipped with a microwave and oven, which made it useful for days/nights you don't want to eat out. There are also different grocery stores nearby as well - all within walking distance. The whole apartment is quite spacious, surprisingly. A full bedroom with plenty of storage, a living room with a TV and dining table, and a side kitchen, and a spacious bathroom.

Catrina is very sweet and polite and is so helpful with finding the hotel location, the stay was really good except that the bed was not very comfortable otherwise it was an excellent experience, I would go back and stay there again
