Staff is friendly and helpful and accommodated my early arrival with no problem. Note that absolutely nothing is provided such as soap in the bathroom, sponge and dishwashing liquid for the kitchen, etc. so it must be purchased. Nice easy walk into town.

    All was as described.

The pool is quite small and only adequate to cool off in the afternoon. Our apartment was advertised as large enough for 6. The 2 bedrooms and living area were spacious but one bathroom was impractical and impossible to move in. The apartment would be a tight squeeze for 6 adults. If you are planning to stay in for breakfast or a light meal then it can be tricky as there is no toaster, kettle or microwave provided and the coffee pot is barely enough for 2. The utensils supplied are also minimal and inadequate (old, overused pots and pans, no knife for cutting bread, fruit etc). Also, if you are planning to walk to the port, beach or town centre - all are about 3 kms away. A small but appreciated touch would have been to find a courtesy roll of toilet paper and a small hand soap to be able to freshen up after a long trip and before heading off to the shop for basic supplies.

The hosts were kind and helpful and tried to accommodate to our situation - we have a child in a wheelchair so they allowed us to use their private entrance to the pool area and left us the key for the driveway. The supermarket was well supplied and was only about a 10 minute walk from the Residence. Accessible by public transport - bus stop is a 5/7 minute walk. There is free wifi but it was only accessible close to the front door of the apartment.

Was hard to find the place as not much signage around..just a small sign outside & it was in a side lane. Would have been helpful to have a sign on the main road as we walked right past the turn. Would also be nice if they supplied a few things for cleaning, ie washing up liquid, a cloth.

Nice size studio. Balcony. Bus stop 5 mins away.

Provision of soap, shower gel and items for washing dishes.

Friendly, helpful staff spent quite a bit of time explaining how to get about. Short distance to bus stops, 2 supermarkets & 2 Pizzerias. Good bus service once you get to know the ropes. Not too far to walk to Ischia Porto or Ischia Ponte.

    Good apartment hotel, friendly service.

The pool was not open all day day (open 10pm-1pm; 4pm-7pm). A shame since we would have loved to use it during the hottest time of the day. The pool needed cleaning, but was ok. The hotel didnt provide breakfast, but there was a supermarket nearby where you could buy everything you needed.

The apartment was a good, basic apartment. Washing up liquid and dish sponge was provided. A/C was available, but at extra cost. Towels were provided at extra cost. The hotel is apparently run by a family. Everyone we talked to were very friendly and they even lent us (our daughter) their kids' toys.
