Walking distance to the marina, bars, shops and restaurants. Basic room but clean with all you need. Great swimming pool and very helpful staff. In general we had a very good experience and when around we will book again

We spent a very nice time at the hotel, a total of 7 nights. There are all the amenities in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Very nice service in the restaurant and at the reception. Delicious breakfasts and coffee which is served from the coffee machine. I highly recommend it as for us 10 out of 10.

I stayed here during a work trip and found the accommodations very comfortable, with an incredibly friendly staff. This place is especially recommended for cyclists like me: the room was just the right size, and they allowed me to bring my bike inside overnight to keep it secure. The bathroom was also well-equipped, with a dedicated stand and a heated towel rack that made it easy to wash and dry my cycling kit for the following day. Plus, there are several nearby restaurants serving classic Tuscan cuisine. I highly recommend this place to any cyclist looking to explore the area.

The staff were so kind and thoughtful: they waited half an hour past checkin closure for me to arrive, they then gave me a free upgrade to an apartment even though I only stayed one night, they left some festive treats on the table as a welcome gift, the breakfast in the morning was so varied and fantastic, they even printed a document for me.

Absolutely everything !! Fantastic pool, large room with terrace facing the pool, very good breakfast, close to Follonica and the several mile long beach.

Beautiful residence located few kilometers from Follonica and the coast. It has a quite wide swimming pool, lots of parking slots and space outside. The basic room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was "Italian style" that for us was perfect but some foreigners could have some complains. The residence is easy reachable by car, probably it is not so simple to reach it with public transportation. I recommend this residence!

The rooms are not cleaned every day, but you can ask for cleaning, fresh towels and sheets and, for a reasonable charge, that can be fixed.

The hotel has a beautiful pool area that is perfect for kids. Plenty of sunbeds. Large rooms an apartments. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Walking distance to the restaurants in the yacht harbour. Only a short drive to the city centre and the most popular beaches. I will definitely stay there if I'm ever in the area again. Free parking on the hotel grounds.

If you are not used to the italian breakfast which is 100% sweet, you should keep it into consideration since there is not a wide continental buffet.

The 3 room apartment with a beautiful view to the pool, the pool was clean and big, the aperols for the aperitivo were very good, the place was clean and very well taken care of, realtively close to the beach. There are electric bikes to be rented as well, we had a great adventure with them.

There’s weak WiFi outside the room. Breakfast is mostly pastries and toast but you can add your own fruit, veg, etc. sofa bed in the living room not great.

The swimming pool was nice, clean and quiet, with reasonably priced light food and drinks available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beaches not too far.

The kitchen did not have a hot water kettle. Not a big problem as such, but I like my morning coffee/tea early. Thankfully they start the breakfast at eight so I didn't have to wait too long to get my first coffee!

The apartment was spacious and clean. The bathroom had all the essentials and the beds were comfy. Both the living area and the bedroom had an AC which was a big plus. The breakfast in the morning was really good. I especially enjoyed the carrot cake. Friendly staff and free parking! We enjoyed our stay
