The lighting in the bathroom was very poor.

Perfect location to walk anywhere in 10 mins. Fantastic square to overlook albeit a little noisy at some times of the day.

Nothing really to clean up with in the kitchen, no place to hang towels, shower glass panel leaked. I believe my original room booked had a view and a washing machine, this did not.

It was comfortable. Elevator. Really close to everything. Only took a cab once in downtown area. Taxis are expensive in this town.

The apartment was lacking a bit of the finishing touches. It was quite basic but just about sufficient.

Two things: there was no breakfast (but it was my fault because I didn't realize that it wasn't included) and the personal items for self cleaning such as soap are very small and seem a little scarce.

The room is very beautiful and very well located, near most of the main tourist points, so it is easy to go everywhere on foot, thus you can save some money.

there was plenty of room, and we enjoyed the sky light which we could open or shade all electronically. They also had valet parking (at an additional fee). It was easy to travel

For 5 nights, we'd appreciate if we get more shampoos. There is no wipe cloth for kitchen so it wasn't very convenient when using the kitchen. Finally, the bathroom sink was quite low, so we need to bend over.

Very central right next to the republics square making it very convenient to visit the surroundings even at night. Best spot for a long or shorter stay. The room was really spacious and beds were comfortable. The communication with the reception was really good as well.

Insufficient glassware: only two glasses and no cups at all. Just two toilet rolls for 5 days and no kitchen roll, which is fundamental.

Unbeatable location in Piazza de la Republicca and hence next to all the main sights of the city. Large room and confortable bed.

Large clean room on 2nd Flr in a large plaza - has a lift - we stayed 2 nights - everthing perfect - very central to anything you wish to see in Florence. Easy check in check in via hotel nearby.

Strange heating system. It was not terribly cold but the heat would get off after around 30 min no matter what. Could Have been a malfuntion that could be fix, I didn't bother asking them if something was wrong.

The room is exeptionally beautiful with the frescoes on the ceiling. The view on Piazza della Repubblica, the dome and the bell tower is seconde to none. The staff at the desk were very friendly and prepared. Terrifc value for monery.

The appartement and its apparel is somewhat dated, and the adjacent Piazza della Repubblica can be noisy in the evening. It is an efficient apartment.

The property is ideally located in the heart of Florence’s historical centre. It is functional (sports a kitchenette and fridge) and is ok for a short stay in Florence to see the major tourist hotspots. In comparison to other accommodation offers, this one offers a good price:value. The reception was smooth and courteous at less than 500 meters from the appartement.

It is in a very old building and is a traditional Florence apartment. It is also decorated very traditionally. Nothing wrong with this but it just felt a bit cold and soulless and once inside you feel very shut off. No view at all if you opened the shutters except another building of offices about 4feet away. We literally slept here and stayed out all the time as didn’t feel like going back to spend any time there.

Very good location for all main visitor sites. In a lovely plaza. Felt very safe and secure even late at night walking back.
