The only negative experience was the noise from other rooms on the last couple of nights. We were kept awake by loud guests next door and above us.

The view was breath taking. The staff were really friendly and helpful when called upon. Check in and check out was a breeze. There was a lovely atmosphere and it was just about perfect for my young family.

Breakfast was ok…but there were a lot of wasps around, often on the food. Whilst lovely, the pool area is just starting to get a bit tired (loose tiles and fittings etc). Villas are fine, but functional.

Stunning views! Nice pool and bar area, serving quality food in the evening. Really well situated just outside Garda. Friendly staff. Sitting out in the balcony watching the sunset with a glass of wine made the holiday.

Would recommend you rent or bring a car as its difficult to access. Perhaps more could be done to advertise the local amenities including the golf course that is practically adjoining.

Safety wise you need to cross a road to get to the pool, people drive quite fast. Didn’t let my kids cross alone.

The only thing missing was a coffee maker. I would also suggest extending the opening hours of the pool.

It has an excellent accommodation with an authentic Mediterranean vibe, cleanliness, and a delicious breakfast and a good sized pool. The sights alone were worth everything.

Very poor sound insulation. Noise from guests in the room above us as they were walking about. Meals at the restaurant were average.

The place was absolutely perfect—except that the heater didn’t work. We asked about it after check-in and were told it would be checked, but the next day we were informed that due to energy policies, the heater couldn’t be turned on. It was 12–17°C with some rain during our stay, which felt quite chilly, especially for our two-year-old. She was cold after showers and at night. Also, there was no towel warmer in the bathroom, so drying towels was a bit difficult. Still, a great place overall—probably even better in warmer weather!

Woken up several times by the people above us going to the toilet and having a shower. Also very noisy chairs scraping the floor.

We had an early morning flight and despite paying for breakfast, they wouldn’t even give us some pastries for the children for the journey.

This property is set back into the mountains so a car is really beneficial. We were warmly greeted by reception and all staff we met were so kind and helpful. We booked a 2 bed apartment, the rooms were plenty big enough, clean and good quality bedding and comfortable beds. The air conditioning was also a welcome bonus but was quite noisy for the person sleeping in the lounge area. The pool is beautiful and the outlook over the lake is fantastic. When the sun beds ran out, staff were quick to go and get more. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There was a good choice for all of our group. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend if you have a car. Great location for exploring the lake and driving to Verona.

The room we stayed in was a little dated compared to some of the pictures of the property.

The location was perfect, easy access to Lake Garda. The views were stunning, especially from the pool area. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, plenty of space and small kitchen area.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the house was very cold due to the weather, we had to tell them to switch the heating on and it took two days to get heated up.

The staff was very friendly, the property was very clean. The brakfast was good, I can not write anything bad about this hotel.

Very nice location, very pleasant area of the restaurant by the pool overlooking the lake. Less comfortable beds - too soft for my back, but this is very subjective. Overall we were satisfied.
