The lifeguard wouldn't let me sit on the beach before 9am. I wasn't even on our chair--just on the rocks by the water--not in her way at all.

    Great breakfast! Beautiful view.

Rooms feel outdated (old couch and bed), WiFi costs extra, beach not yet ready (we have visited the hotel in the pre season - end of May). Room has been very noisy, you can hear everything above/next to you. Loud music from a nearby discotheque until the morning - as you can imagine, we didn't have very pleasant nights at all.

Enough space in the rooms, friendly staff. Private parking space available. A VERY good restaurant is part of the hotel, which we really recommend - tasty and fancy menu on a terrace with sea view (the menu is a lot cheaper for hotel guests as well). Balcony with sea view in all rooms. Nice shower in the otherwise outdated room.

Beach still being prepared and other (noisy) renovation ongoing. A bit far from the old tow to be able to walk, particularly as the route was on busy roads in uninteresting areas. The WiFi was readily accessed, but far too slow for our needs.

View from room; size of the room; breakfast had a good range of items that meet all tastes. Could park on the road outside the property (perhaps not in high season when busier)

The rooms are out-dated. Bed blankets old and dusty. Would have been nice if they had mentioned at booking that swinmmingpool is closed till summer.

Very friendly staff, nice location on the beach. Bed is nice and firm. Restaurant is super! I forgot something of my room and they nicely took care of that and mailed it to me!

The water preasure in the shower is very low, so it's not really nice to shower as you get cold from the other side.

It was like always a perfect stay! Dinner in the restaurant is delicous and prices of middle level.

Once we wanted to drink a glass of red wine in the restaurant without eating. It didn't work. It's a shame...

The sea view is wonderful. The staff was friendly, high qualified and very competent. Keep up the good work!

Hidden costs everywhere! We were told on arrival for use of the kitchen the charge was 6 EUR per day, I have never heard of such a thing. Parking was extra 10 euro per day on top. Wifi was a extra charge. Room was a bit dated. Noisy neighbors. Millions of mosquitoes kept us awake.

View of the ocean was amazing. Breakfast was adequate. Large apartment. Staff were friendly.

Room was full of mosquitoes and the air conditioning didn't work and the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. We both failed to get any sleep at all due to the heat and the mosquitoes.

Receptionist was very nice and helpful on arrival.

Booking a room with a double and a sofa bed, and finding a double and two matrices almost on the floor is not the best. Due to the time of the year we have visited, the swimming pool was not accessible- however this is not mentioned in the web site. One other problem we had was the renovation works in rooms besides our, very noisy whatever the time of the day.

Although the building was very old, the room was clean. The staff was very friendly, although off-season... It was obvious that the place is still preparing for summer. The location is good for people like to relax, but far away from the nearest villages/cities (Albenga is close enough -even on foot) and Alassio which is excellent for holiday is ca. 6 km away and a car is needed to reach

The sofas' covers were old/worn and torn at places which seemed very odd. The beach life guard was borderline rude. Except for one or two staff, none spoke English. Breakfast was very limited. Not much for veggies in the restaurant. Swimming pool didn't have a toilet/changing room near by (We had to go to our room thru the turnstile). Everything is extra though it's mentioned clearly when you arrive.

The location was fantastic. Especially room 301 on the top floor with the huge balcony meant one needn't go to the beach at all. The swimming pool was good. The views were spectacular. The hills behind were beautiful. The reception and restaurant staff were helpful. Room size was great and well equipped. AC was working well. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Grocery shopping (Conad) was at walking distance plus a huge Iper Coop was a five minute drive away.

Self-catering rooms but they CHARGE 6,- per day if you use the kitchen???? Wifi is available but pricey, ask for a deal. Parking is advisable, but again at 10,- a night is very expensive. We parked on road - no issues. Everything is EXTRA. Cafeteria is like a tuck shop.

Breakfast was excellent, very friendly staff in reception and restaurant. Access was easy, nothing too much trouble and the beach was yards away.

The sound of TV on high volume which our neighbors wanted to watch until late at night disturbing our sleep, as the walls seems to be not very sound proof and some people are not nice enough to understand that not only they are on vacation and that their neighbors may want to sleep after 23:00. No free wifi, but it was not expensive anyway - just 5 eur per day. But this is ok considering the low price of that good apartment.

very nice owners, attentive to your wishes. Located directly on the beach with no road or other buildings in front of the house. Good sizes apartment, equipped with all we needed. Good (free) A/C. Big balcony with a table, chairs and clotheshorse, offering perfect view over the sea and the beach. Good own beach. with chairs and umbrellas inclusive in the room price. Outdoor swimming pool with water warmed by sun panels. The hotel is very environmentally friendly. Breakfast is good and served both on the outside terrace overlooking the sea and in the restaurant with panoramic windows facing the sea. Clean and well kept. The free public parking is available right near the hotel. Double doors between the corridor and the room isolate all the possible noise from trains going behind the hotel (so they do not disturb at all if you close both doors). Sleeping with opened windows allows you to hear the sound of the sea! They do not charge you extra for kitchen if you only use some glasses, plates and refrigerator and do not cook. Fascinating old city of Albenga with all its restaurants, bars and shops is just 20 minutes peaceful walking from the hotel. Around the hotel is very quiet and a little bit isolated, which we loved!
