Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RussiaThe only room for improvement for the hotel is to place a kettle with a couple of tea bags in the room. Would really make a difference to the guests experience especially on Sundays when shops are closed
Very good hotel, highly recommend for a stay if you need to be close to the station. Extremely nice staff, accommodated all my needs. Will stay here again

United States of AmericaAir conditioning bearly worked, it was on 36.5 degrees and was too hot. The dinner in the nearby restaurant wasn't that great... although the manager there tried to do his best...
The area- the hotel is very close to the train station, which is really comfortable. There is an amazing ice cream shop near by. We asked to change the room we got and the staff really helped with getting a better fit for us. Loved the balcony we had.

United KingdomThis is the second time I've stayed here, and this time I had a balcony. There were a few steps this time after I got out of the lift, which isn't always the case, so just ask when booking if it matters to you. There are also steps up to the entrance, but staff will help if necessary. Staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are a good standard for 3-star. The en-suite bathroom is off the main part of the room, with a little corridor, which has its own door, so there was no noise from the hotel when I was there. It's just across the road from Porta Susa station

AustraliaRight opposite the Torino Porta Susa railway station so very handy. Parking is a bit tricky, and you can get "parked in" with people parking extremely close to you. About 600m from a laundrette which was handy.

United KingdomBed was uncomfortable but ok for a short stay.
Great location if you want to be near the train station. Room was very clean and tidy. As seen on pictures. I really like the vending machine in the hallway. Staff were all really friendly and caring. Super fast check.in. Pro tip if you arrive by train. There are escalators and lifts at the D subway exit, don’t drag your heavy luggage up the station stairs. If you get locked out of the hotel for whatever reason, the doorbell is on the left hand side set in the plaque (sign) of the hotel. It’s also lit up in green. Stupid of me to have missed it. I made the mistake so you don’t have too.

United KingdomI was breaking a rail journey from Rome to London in Turin. I selected the hotel for its proximity to the Porta Susa railway station from where I had an 0730 departure. The hotel was spotlessly clean; the staff friendly and helpful. There were no deficiencies with the property or the room.

IrelandThe room was pretty large but the furniture layout made it feel a bit cramped (there were 4 single beds where 3 would have left a nice amount of room to move around. The location is excellent if you were looking to get a train from Porta Susa station. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was able to book parking in advance for my bike in a secure area.
