The stairs are not easily navigable for those with luggage (although the same could likely be said for a lot of Venice).

The location was fabulous. Once we got our bearings, we were able to walk to everything we wanted.

Great location away from the crowds but only a short walk from the main attractions. No restaurant but that is not a problem - the hotel is right next to 2 excellent trattoria on either side of the canal bridge, a grocers for perfect fruit and a pastry shop for morning coffees. Very friendly welcome from Antonio.

It is an older building but that was part of the charm so not necessarily a negative me.

Property was very spacious and centrally located. Antonio was an amazing host and made our stay in Venice smooth as he was very communicative, responsive, and gave excellent recommendations. It was great ! I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Venice.

Not a lot, the room could maybe be freshened up decor-wise for some tastes but its old world charm appealed to me.

The room was clean , quiet and very comfortable. The location is great, away from the more touristy streets and feels more like the real, local Venice. It has a couple of very good trattorias, a pastry and coffee shop very close and a good supermarket in the square.

There really is nothing to dislike about the property or its location. Even has a small COOP in the square for convenience.

What a stunning location, right on the canal side next to a lovely restaurant and bakery. Amazing architecture and cool clean room in a traditional Venetian building. Very welcoming host Antonio who was accommodating to our changing arrival times! It is in a perfect place just far enough from the busy areas, Rialto Bridge etc with a stunning walk through picture postcard lanes to all the major attractions. The wandering allowed us to find some excellent places for food off the beaten path. Thank you Antonio, we hope to stay again in the future.

Dimora Al Doge Beato is in a great location, close to everything but at the same time not in a busy touristy area. The little street had a lovely bakery, fruit&veg shop, restaurant and is on a canal. The room was very nice.

The bed was not super comfortable and the bathroom is separate from the bedroom. You must use separate keys to access your bathroom.

The room was on a small side and I disliked all the fake flowers and plush decorations (but this is my personal taste).

I absolutely loved the location, the host was very nice and helpful and the bed was big and comfortable. The aircon worked well and it was a life saver. Bathroom was good size and shower was lovely, with good pressure and space to put toiletries.

The property is right off a canal and is close to a beautiful square with restaurants and a gelato shop. It was in a quieter area of Venice and it was lovely to escape the touristy areas.
