Beds were a little stiff, a little loud at times with people upstairs moving chairs.

Great location with Milano Central train station and the metro within 10 minute walks. Very clean rooms. Family room was great with two young kids.

Very close to Milano Centrale station. We got a taxi on arrival as we were jet lagged & had heavy bags - about 6 euros, cos of the one way streets. Actually an easy less than 10min walk. Lovely, comfortable secure, studio apartment. Good gym. Complimentary cans of water, coffee & croissants in the morning was a welcome surprise. Highly recommended!

Location was absolutely amazing! Only 5/10 minutes away from the central station which can take you anywhere. Had such an amazing night sleep due to the shutters. The shower was lovely and warm. They came every day and cleaned the apartment thoroughly- new towels, emptied bins. Could get a bottle of water every day and had a little coffee station. Very easy to check in and out. The room was so spacious and the fridge kept everything nice and cold. Lots of storage places to keep your things. Would definitely recommend!

We wished there were a luggage rack and a couple of wine glasses.

The staff was kind, the room was spacious, and it was close walking distance from tram stops and subway stops. Free pastries, mineral waters, sparkling waters. Our room has an induction range, microwave, electric kettle. We could cook a simple meal if we wanted. Although we didn't actually take advantage of these, guests can borrow a remote wifi router, a battery bank and use of a remote printer in the lobby for free. Oh, and the internet access speed was as high as 100 Mbps.

Accommodation was spacious and comfortable. We were there for 7 days. Very grateful for 24/7 coffee and laundry. Located very close to central station and public transportation. Easy to jump on a train for day trips. Staff was extremely helpful. Gave great tips for getting around Milan

Best staff and services the warmth and hospitality extended by Diego. Irena and Michael was great. Apart from that room was beautiful and good size with all facilities like microwave. Dishwasher, cooking range, refrigerator etc and the apartments are close to Milan cintrale and metro (5 min walk) and good restaurants around All in all it was a home away from home. Happily recommend for family or solo travellers safe and sound place.

This is an exceptional location in the center of Milan, a huge room, very convenient, very clean. 10 min walk from Milan central train station, 5 min walk of metro station
