For the cost of this, it is exception. Great location right next to Termini Station. Walking distance Ron all sights. Felt very safe here. Rooms clean and great size plus free coffee and pastry every morning to set you up for the day! Wonderful ☺️

The women was quite rude when I cannot found reception and called her. No hello, just why are you waiting before the second door. English is not my native language and via phone the descreption was not clear…

The women did not charged me extra money for late check in which was caused by 4 hours delay.

It was difficult to contact the reception. The phone number didn't work and it seemed like no one read my messages on booking.

The room was a good size and had lights for each person. I like that they had single sex dorms with only four beds. The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. They had offerings of instant coffee, tea and pastries in the morning in a nice kitchen.

Difficult to find the hostel when I first arrived. Limited cooking time (15-22h) and compulsory time to be out of the room (10 am- 3 pm)

It was difficult to recognize the place, and te reception was round the corner to do the check-in. It is not very practical to arrive and has to send a message via Whatsapp to go to the reception.

Frankly, it is a very good business for its money and I don't think there is much to complain about. They provide everything they write in the description.

First of all, the budget and location are the best features of this place. Other than that, luck comes into play. We were only 3 people in a 6 person room on the night of my stay, so I didn't encounter any problems. The room was very clean when I checked in, there was no problem. As a result, the cleanliness and lifestyle of your roommates will affect the standard of your stay. If you just want to leave my stuff and go back to sleep all day, this dorm room next to the terminal is a good choice! Also, the receptionists were very sweet and caring.

The best thing is its proximity to the main train station, Roma termini. It's just a 5 minute walk. Lots of cool places to hangout near the hostel. Staff at the reception is helpful. Common area and breakfast are the highlights for me.

We had a hot water problem in the shower that was not dealt with even after several complaints and had to shower in cold water. After I sent an email asking for a discount, they refused.

Price is fair for what you're getting. Overall a pleasant stay.

There is no reception at the said place itself. You have to go to the other accomodation they have to pick your key and keycard. A girl was knocking on the door for soneone to come out. .... the toilet is not flushing correctly in room 106.

the card I was given for opening the front door didn't work. So you had to ring the doorbell every time you had to access the property. The room key did work and all the rest was ok.

Just a bit noisy outside at night, not the hostel’s fault tho, and the wifi is not working properly.
