The price level is a little bit high for relatively small room.

It is lovely room in the apartment building. It is not too big, but has nice terrace with garden view. Breakfast is served in the room, and that is a little uncomfortable. The host are great and communication very efficient. Neighborhood is great with nice restaurants. Bus transportation is very convenient to all part of the city.

The host is lovely. We liked the location away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas but close to a metro station. Lovely and quiet with a nice view from the balcony.

The shower is terrible, with very low water pressure and the hot water is available for less than 2 minutes. The toilet seat was loose. Other than this, everything else is fine.

The building is old, but with a lot of character and a beautiful internal garden. The apartment was refurbished, so it is quite new and comfortable. Location is good, within walking distance to the Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo. There are a few restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. Metro is not far. Breakfast (quite light) is served in the room.

Since I am a foreigner, the bathroom took a little bit of getting used to, but was nice overall. It was hard to prevent the water from the shower from spilling out onto the bathroom floor.

The breakfast was very tasty and filling. I enjoyed having a balcony facing the courtyard and being able to eat breakfast out there. The location was pretty convenient, near many bus stops and a 12-minute walk to the metro. Both the host and the assistant on the property were very kind and attentive. An iron is available if you ask, and there is a safe.

Clean, simple and comfortable rooms. Near Lepanto train station which is very handy as it’s about a 40min leisurely walk from the Trevi fountain area. Great location if you want to visit the Vatican. There’s a couple of lovely local restaurants nearby serving traditional Roman fare.

for us, perfect location, loved the room and general style and atmosphere of the place, everything was clean and the personell super friendly and relaxed. nice neighbourhood and good restaurants and cafes just around the corner. when back to rome next time, definitely try to get a room from here.

The breakfast was inadequate. You have to fill out sheets of paper with your preferences, but these were not given to us until the second morning. You can not rely on getting your preferences as they might not have these items available (e.g. cereal, yoghurt, honey). The communication was extremely difficult as the manager hardly spoke any English. We had ants in the bathroom, and we had to ask for lots of dust to be removed from under the bed.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Not noisy. The owner reacted relatively fast to messages.

Breakfast wasn’t great, little choice, could be easily improved. Felt the pictures made the room appear better than it was. Was left hanging around the apartment block for a bit on arrival even though asked to message when beneath the apartment. Marks on sheets. Had little interactions with hosts.

Great location, had some lovely meals in local restaurants near by. Easy access to metro and was really nice to be out of the bustle of the city centre and around less tourists. Good air con. Nice balcony and view of garden.

I can recommend this property. It was really nice to stay there. Room, bathroom and lobby was clean. Small balcony with view to the garden was really good. Breakfast was fine. I think this part of Rome is best for stay. Close to the centre but so quiet and clean. Again, I can absolutely recommend! And thank you, specially to Marco.

We loved the neighbourhood, it was close to the metro station, and also everything was close to go by foot. For someone who likes nice walks, u can see how Italians live, and explore Rome a little bit deeper. Everything was so clean, we really loved our place and we enjoyed every second of our stay there.

The biggest problem for me was the thickness of the walls and room door. Room was a part of apartment where we were staying, so doors were not silent or what I mean not sound proof like in hotels, but regular room door. So all the sound of people living early was for us to hear. Also our room was close to main entrance door and kitchen/dinning door so again all the people that had to live at 6,7 or 8 o'clock I heard perfectly. Lisa - our very nice breakfast making and room cleaning lady also was very loud. You can choose time for the breakfast and our was 9 o'clock, meaning we woke up at 8.30, so there were guests who had breakfast before us and Lisa had to come earlier to make it and I mean door sound+breakfast making sound+bringing breakfast to gusts and talking and laughing with them (which was OK for me if I wouldn't have feeling that they are just next to my bed) - all this I heard every morning. Evening and nights were quiet. So, if you are ready to wait up everyday early like 7.30/8.00 it won't be a problem for you. Also behind every wall with bed there is a bathroom, so again if somebody leaving early... One more thing there were days that in breakfast that we ordered there were missing things, like one day there were no cheese, other croissant, other orange juice, other bread...but we had still enough to eat and it was fresh. I would say that sounds in the morning were the main problem, but for example my husband slept well and didn't hear much, only sometimes.

I liked the room, it was pretty big and clean, good windows, so you don't hear much the street. Bed was excellent and comfy, shower was with hot water. We also had bathrobes and slippers. That was fantastic. Cleaning lady was cleaning every day. Breakfast was good and fresh and in the room which was very comfortable. Location is perfect too. Entering the apartment there is a big nice mirror with a lot of information about shopping and Rome maps. In dining room free coffee and tee, some deserts and sometimes fruits. We were living at 15.00 to airport and leaving the bags till that time wasn't a problem. Very nice owner and ready to help Lisa - manager of residence.
