Everything from the pre-check in communication to check out was perfect. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to make things easy and convenient for us. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, everything was very clean, the location and views are great. Would definitely stay here again!

Occasionally there was a strong sewerage smell coming from outside. Washing machine not in unit but in common area downstairs.

Not quite as close to the centre of Bolognia as I had imagined.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our brief stay in Bologna. Gloria was particularly helpful in giving us directions to find the property and recommendations for things to do and restaurants in Bolognia.

The owner texted me ahead of time to coordinate my time of arrival. He was courteous and friendly, and check in was incredibly easy. The apartment itself is wonderful, clean, and modern with two bathrooms and a small kitchen. Even had a view of the Due Torri! The location is perfect and a short walk from Piazza Maggiore and different bars and restaurants. Hugely recommend!

The apartment is lovely, clean, confy and close to all the landmarks. The host is awesome, as well. A big plus: the king size bed and the fact it has 2 bathrooms. Stay here, you will love it!

A group of us stayed in the 3 apartments which were lovely, very central and spotlessly clean with beautiful bathrooms. Giuseppe and Gloria are fantastic hosts and couldn't have done more for us.

Gloria was assit us and very helpful and was very nice and giving us all information about bologna and around and the choices restaurant. The apartment is tidy nice spacious and nice. Will comeback to this property someday if traveling to bologna.

This well appointed apartment has a table for 4 people, a good kitchen, an Illy coffee machine, a very comfortable bed, a sofa that can be used as a bed, and two bathrooms! It's well located on a safe street in a secure apartment block. It's literally 5 mins from the famous towers. You can see them from the apartment. Access the apartment with an amusingly slow lift, and enter via secure keypad. Once instead this quality apartment is a place you can call home. There are heaps of eateries and great stores and pints of interest for you to enjoy, making your stay in the great city of Bologna one to enjoy. Oh, the manager of the property and the owner of the apartment were really attentive to all our questions and needs across the 9 nights we stayed there! So stay here!

Nothing! Although the streets outside can be a bit busy at night as it’s near the uni district but you can’t hear anything with the windows closed.

The rain! However, fortunately the streets have great porticoes that helped greatly.

We loved our stay here. The host had an English speaking guide meet us when we drove in to guide us to the carpark . This was much appreciated as it can be very stressful driving into these towns. The parking facility was excellent and very close to the apartment. We can't speak highly enough of the host and the apartment. It was super clean with lots of nice extras provided such as slippers and good quality soap, shampoo, body lotion. Looked out to lovely garden from bathroom, kitchen and bedroom areas and we had views of the towers and could hear great classical music from the nearby university. It rained most of the time we were in Bologna and so we were very grateful to have such a lovely spacious apartment to relax in. Excellent easy to use laundry facility also. We were also very touched that our host acknowledged my husbands birthday and even delivered a gift. Would certainly stay here again if ever back in beautiful Bologna.
