Anna and Anto are fabulous people. Era prima volta a Tropea. La residenza è vicino al mare e la spiaggia. La mia stanza è molto pulito. È colazione ero perfetto, soprattutto il cappuccino. I have made friends there. That’s what I enjoy. Meeting good company and becoming friends. Tropea is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen and the people are just so kind and mindful. It’s nice to go back to my roots where my family is from and know my Italian history. Anna and Anto made that part of my memories.

Clean with all the facilities we needed - easy car parking, comfortable beds, great bathroom & amazing looking breakfast. Staff were fantastic- great comms & v helpful. They even packed us a breakfast to take as we were leaving really early in the morning.

Anna the receptionist went above and beyond in the customer service, ensuring we arrive and check in flawlessly. We forgot to pay the city tax and she was so tolerant and wished us a happy day and no need to return to pay it (terribly sorry for this, didn't pay attention 😢) she is professional and very kind. Room is spacious with nice terrace and the bathroom is nice and comfy bed and with variety of pillows. The best part is the breakfast, what a treat! So rich and tasty and suits everyone's taste and the coffee is great too. Great location with car parking and walking flat distance to city centre.

They do have some minor things to get better at: - more storage space near the bed and in the bathroom (there are some shelves, but they are too small to fit all the essentials of 2 people for 10 days or more) - electricity outlets on both sides of the bed (in our room, they were only on 1 side, which is inconvenient to charge phones) - add a kettle/coffee machine in the room, add glasses in the room (as well as a glass for toothbrushes) - add a card to hang on the door if no cleaning is needed on a specific day, and you do not want to be disturbed - provide cleaning service of the rooms in the afternoon, when all the guests are gone for swimming, instead of doing it in the morning, so guests have to wait in the hall until their room is ready, or feel rushed to leave the room in the morning asap, cause the cleaning is coming :) - maybe add a beach umbrella in the room for your guests to use (as renting one on the beach is quite expensive during high season and buying one is not very comfortable as it is quite a big thing and will not fit into the baggage)

1) We arrived early in the morning, and the hotel staff organized a comfortable transfer for us from the airport (for an extra fee). They also allowed us to check in at 10 in the morning with no extra fee!!! That was an amazing move from their side; we appreciated the possibility of having a shower and relaxing a bit after a long road trip without waiting 3-4 hours more. 2) Also, we had problems with a taxi on our way back home (it got cancelled at the last moment), and Antonio helped us find a substitute quickly! 3) The breakfast was good, with a lot of sweet options. However, I was able to find some savoury options too. Also, they cooked fresh coffee for all the guests in the morning and brought it to our table while we were having breakfast. 4) a lot of towels in the bathroom, as well as towels for the beach. Also, they provide umbrellas, in case you are extra unlucky and caught on some rainy days there. 5) a big grocery store within a 2-minute walk from the hotel and a big free parking lot near the hotel

We had a lovely stay, the room was very spacious and nicely decorated with a very nice bed and high quality linens. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was nice. Breakfast was amazing, great selection of breakfast items, we personally loved the homemade cakes. The best part was how attentive they were to us.

Due to the location of the bed and breakfast and it's proximity from the sea and the town ,unless you are well able and do not mind walking everywhere or using public transport to go elsewhere a car is a must ,walking to the beach is about 15mins to the beach down a lot of steps and a steep incline, which is very difficult to return back The town centre is a good 20mins away ,a lovely walk but only if you are able . .We enquired about a taxi and was quoted 15 euros each way which we found expensive.

Residenza RoMa is a fantastic place ,The rooms are beautiful and clean and modern .The staff are all amazing, very helpful, the breakfast was outstanding ,beautifully presented, so much choice all freshly prepared, Anna and all the staff are lovely and make staying with them an absolute 💯 pleasure, We also had the garden to sit in which was immaculate and a pleasure to sit in . We would come again if there was a shuttle

We absolutely loved this location and the people took it to the next level. Walkable to old town and we enjoyed the beautiful areas of Tropea. Breakfast was homemade and perfect everyday. We were thankful to find this gem and Anna and Chiara made us feel like we were home! We would 100% stay here again without hesitation.

We didn’t like the loudish music in the breakfast room.

The room, although relatively small was comfortable and we had a nice balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was really nice with a good variety.

We were in the basement room where unfortunately there were some bad smells in the bathroom. However, the bathroom and the rest of the property were exceptionally clean

Very clean room. Very good breakfast. The staff was exceptional in making our stay comfortable. We felt at home. Location is 15min walk from old town and even less from the beach, however be mindful that Tropea is built on a hillside so there are lots of stairs and walking uphill which may be challenging when it is too hot.

Excellent accommodation within walking distance to the old town. Very helpful and friendly staff who all went out of their way to make our stay so wonderful. I wish I was a little closer to the center, but it was only a 10-15 minute walk. Just at night, because I was by myself, the area was a little quiet, and there was no one around, so I was a little uncomfortable, but it was very safe. I could have taken a 5 minute taxi.

The staff was wonderful. They were so accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious. The room and facilities were spotless. I had a nice balcony with a drying rack to hang any clothes I washed.

Communication with the host was great, we had check in at 10pm,the host arrange the key and instructions! Great old town 10 min walk, beautiful private or public beaches 15min walk! Great sea trips from Porto 25min walk! Great breakfast with big variety ,even was gluten free! The room was cleaned every day! The property is well maintain with love and care! The restaurants that host was recommended were great!

A bit out of town but an easy walk of 10 to 15 minutes if you have good mobility.
