Our room was on the second floor with no lift access. Carrying luggage was a bit of a hassle when you are already tired after traveling. Also there was some kind of dampness smell in the room. It could be due to overall Venice weather as well though.

The room was very big and well decorated. The reception was very welcoming when we arrived and explained all about room facilities. The location was great and every place was within walking distance from our hotel.

Excellent location, close to San Marco and a lot of restaurants! The room is a bit small but with beautiful Venetian decorations, for a perfect atmosphere.

If you arrive during the night it is hard to find the location because the signage has no light but thank you google map. The pillow was thin hopefully they will add extra in the cupboard. No lift but I think they will help you if you have big luggages good thing we only had hand carry.

Good location not too far to walk in St. Marks Square. The receptionist was accommodating. The room was nice and clean . Good wifi. There is Vending machine available with affordable prize. Shops and restaurants were accessible.Definitely we will come back next time.

There are several doors to go through which I guess its safe but the first time you get to the room it takes a bit to figure out where to go. There are sings in most places. We had a bit of issues at first with the code vut eventually everythis was ok. A bit strange to not have someone at the reception most of the time. Good location as short walk from the boat stop from the airport and a short walk from Rialto bridge.

The room was clean and the bed ok. We had a tv which has Netflix and Prime available to login to watch movies. Kettle available but a bit small as well as tea. Slippers are provided. It was nice an warm in the room.

There's a central heating system, and even in the off position there is some heat coming through (23C in room). Had to open window to cool room but unfortunately this means that some mosquitoes came in. A mosquito/fly screen at the window would sort the problem.

Location (San Marco) was amazing and especially for the price. Small room as advertised, but not a problem for a single person. Highly recommended, Annalisa and Laura were more than helpful with local information.

The hotel is in a perfect location from Piazza San Marco. Around a 10 minute walk at most. So the location is excellent. The host (Laura) was extremely friendly and pleasant so she gets a 10/10. Me and my partner also got a free room upgrade as we were travelling for our anniversary. The room itself was also very clean with the towels and bedding changed every day. The bathroom was small but this is to be expected although it was clean. Overall....very very very good hotel with lovely staff and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Would have been nice to have some complimentary toiletries (shampoo/coditioner) but overall it was a great choice for a short city-break stay.

Close to main touristic locations such as San Marco. The location and room was really nice. Hosts were kind enough to provide detailed info so that we could check ourselves in, since pur flight was late in the evening. They provided disposable slippers (on request). They provided coffee and tea in the room which was great given the outside colder weather 😃 Heated room and bathroom.

Room is a bit smaller than expected, but it isn’t that big of a problem. Also thought that we boomer a room with Canal view, but didn’t had that.

Quite a few stairs to get to the room. Split mattress for a queen bed, was a little uncomfortable. Shower water pressure not the best, but to be expected in an older building.

Receptionists gave us great tips of what to see and where to go. Aspexialy saved us explaining how tod eal with traveling when a bus strike was happening. Stay was realy good for a single night.

It was very expensive, Venice in general is, but even though the place was nice, the price was a bit excessive, through my trip I stayed in as god as, or better ones for a better price

Lovely place with a beautifully decorated room, makes you feel you travelled in time. Location is also great, being 5 minutes away from the bus stop and right in tart of Venice

It gets a little noisy during the night if the windows look over the street and the bathroom could use a little update.

Good location, helpful staff, small but very comfortable bed and pillow and everything was clean. The reception is not always open but that was not a problem at all. Plenty of plugs and a nice area outside the room to sit and eat takeaway food if you want to. Appreciated the tea corner with everything you needed in the room. Also they have a water and a coffee machine on the ground floor.

Location was great and the directions were clear and easy to follow, staff were very helpful especially the young man on reception when we arrived. I think his name was Rocky, he helped with our luggage which was extremely helpful. We had also requested extra pillows and they were in the room when we arrived. Very traditional Venetian property which was lovely.

Bathtub could be replaced (was a bit dated) and bathroom could have a bit more cleaning especially on the wall behind the bathtub.

Our room was really big and spacious with romantic Venice decorations. Room was clean and there was also room service. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
