This property consists of a large apartment that has been divided into large ensuite rooms with a shared kitchen and hallway. The property is located on the 6th floor of a tall building located in a largely residential area. Remote check in was straightforward. My room was clean and well furnished with great views from the balcony. Breakfast materials were provided in the room.

The accommodation is cosy and comfy. The position is perfect if you have appointments in the nearby hospital.

The bathroom could have some storage to store personal belongings like makeup and stuff like that.

Great room! Great bed and overall space. Super clean and spacius. Leonardo was super helpfull and was always reachable. Coffee was always available! The kitchen was super tidy all the time.

Everything was great and clean. The room smelled clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The neighbour felt safe but it was a bit far from center but it was not a problem because there is a bus station very close.

The neighbour' s tv of the other apartment on the floor, was very loud until late and night and early in the morning. The only negative in our stay.

Very spacy, comfortable and clean room and bathroom with all necessary facilities (air conditioning, balcony, access to equiped kitchen...), good localization not too far from the center and nice contact with the owner, highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. It was clean room, and nice location. There is free public parking on the street , so totally recommend to people who are renting a car. We were provided with coffee capsules and milk, as well as croissants on arrival. Only one I didn't like was the strange bed, which was making noises when you move.

The street is a bit noisy. Our room was rather small, we could hardly move. Luckily, there are large wardrobes, so we could put everything away. Also, there is a common kitchen (very cosy and clean), but missed a small fridge in the room. By sharing the kitchen we felt a little lack of privacy. But I can’t say anything really negative.

Very good location, by bus 22 most of the places are within easy reach. Good supermarkets, restaurants are very near. The owner is kind and caring. The apartment is immaculately clean. There’s a balcony to each room. I think we got good value for the money.

Well place was amazing and it was easy to get there and get back to most importanr communication spots. However it is a bit far from main places like Bari Centrale or Old Town, but only for a tourist who don't know the city. We used bikes scooters and managed. A lack of Taxis in Bari makes it a hassle, to get there at night, but from Centrale you can grab a cab at late evening in 10-15 minutes of waiting. Having no Bolt or Uber was a shocker.

Everything was perfect! The AC, water pressure (which is quite unusual), TV, huge wardrobe, comfortable bed and sofa to rest. Spacious and well equipped bathroom. There was also a kitchen available to everyone. Communication and support from the owner were excellent too! Highly recommended for a holiday stay - it is one of the best I've had via booking :) And a sweet gesture to receive some snacks, water, coffee and milk!

Very clean room, with terace and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, coffe, oven, washmashine, fridge etc. The owner was responding to us whenever we wrote him, he was helping with all the stuff we needed and asked about. There is a bus station nearby, also downstairs there is a bakery, creperie and a bar. I recommend this residenze.

Nothing really - there is noise from a nearby main road but not too bad

The location was perfect for my particular needs during this stay. It is an hour’s walk from the main tourist areas. There was a nearby bus stop for the no. 22 bus route from Bari Centrale train station. The apartment was quiet, lovely and extremely clean and comfortable. Leonardo was a very friendly and helpful host. There was access to good kitchen facilities including fridge and some very thoughtful snacks, drinks, tea and coffee were provided.
