Position is excellent for finding peace and quiete, the calmness of the sea side and countryside but also fun and lots restaurants Shops are 5 mins or less walking distance to get simply water fruits or anything is needed alongside pharmacies Quality of the structure is amazing - comfortable modern and chic Service is excellent and the host is very welcome and makes you feel comfortable

We were experiencing some storms so they may have contributed to the internet’s instability at times but that issue was the only thing that was not wonderful about our stay.

Roberto and Valeria were great hosts the entire stay. Stocking the refrigerator with a couple of beers, juices, yogurt and fresh fruit provided such a welcome touch that we knew the stay would be great. The unit was immaculate and we could enjoy fresh, flowing air by opening the balcony door at the same time we had the back deck door open. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet so we had the best of both coolness during the heat of the day and quiet, efficient air conditioning while we slept.

Absolutely nothing.

Roberto was an amazing host. Breakfast was huge with lots of variety. It was brought up to our room at a time we agreed on. The apartment is stunning I could easily live there. Credit to Roberto and his interior designer wife absolutely every detail was spot on. I could not fault a thing. Roberto suggested a restaurant to go to for dinner which was amazing. Roberto also checked on us that night if we needed anything. His personal touches were noted and very much appreciated.

The hospitality of the hosts was first class. Everything went great. The breakfast is individual, plentiful and great in taste. The host advised in every possible matter. It felt like being at home. I highly recommend.

The breakfast was delicious, large selection and tasty. Breakfast can be served on the terrace or in your room. The owner was very nice and helpful. spacious rooms, comfortable and well-equipped. Location close to the beach, promenade and city center.

Everything about this place is ‘wow’: the appartment, decoration, location, cleanliness, … And even more ‘extra wow’ are Roberto, Valeria and Federica: the warm welcome, the magnificent breakfast, tips for the area, … We will certainly stay here again, this place goes in the list of our all time favourites!!

The owner of this bed and breakfast truly went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From their genuine smile to their personalized recommendations, their dedication to making guests feel comfortable was evident. It felt like staying with a dear friend, and their genuine care for their guests was a standout feature of this establishment. Now, let's talk about the breakfast! Each morning, I eagerly anticipated the delightful spread that awaited me. The breakfast options were plentiful and thoughtfully prepared. From freshly baked pastries to a variety of fruits, cereals, and yogurts, there was something to satisfy every palate. The highlight, however, was the cooked-to-order options. The owner's culinary skills truly shone through in the mouthwatering omelets and fluffy pancakes that were served with a side of warm, genuine hospitality. The room amenities were equally impressive. My family and I stayed in a spacious and tastefully decorated room that provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The attention to detail was remarkable, with comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, and a well-stocked minibar. The cleanliness of the room and the thoughtful touches, such as fresh flowers and complimentary toiletries, further added to the overall charm of the accommodation. Absolutely nothing

Great place to stay. Location was perfect, the apartment excellent, and Roberto, the host was just amazing. We were close to a super market, awesome restaurants (especially Rosemarie - 2 doors down - authentic Italian cuisine and not expensive) and cafes the beach and shopping area. Roberto provided transport to and from the train station and lots of ideas for our stay. This place is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sights of Riccioni, Rimini and San Mariano and more.

Roberto is the most amazing host. He thinks of everything and goes that bit extra every time. such a wonderful communicator and so helpful. The apartments are just gorgeous- so beautifully designed, clean and provide all the little extras and more.
